Synopsis
DEA agent Kevin White has followed the movements of a drug-dealing ex-KGB kingpin from Moscow to San Francisco. But when the Russian's next move takes him to Los Angeles, Kevin crosses paths with his older brother Jack, a maverick LAPD cop who wants in on the action - from both sides. Fighting their way through a deadly "Russian Circle" of top Soviet martial arts experts, Kevin discovers that his brother may be playing both ends against the middle in a dangerous game of Russian Roulette, where the ultimate price-tag may be both their lives.Actors

In 1917 Republican China, Liu Jinxi and his wife Yu are an ordinary couple with two sons, Fangzheng and Xiaotian, living together in Liu Village, Yunnan. Lorna Cole (Rene Russo) is pregnant with LAPD sergeant Martin Riggs' baby; they are not married, but both are thinking about it. After returning home from South Korea to great acclaim, three members of the U.S. National Karate Team (Tommy Lee, Alex Grady, and Travis Brickley) set up their own martial arts studio in Las Vegas. Unbeknownst to his friends, however, Travis has been competing at "The Coliseum", a brutal underground fighting arena run by a shady promoter named Weldon (Wayne Newton), whose protégé Brakus (Ralf Möller) is the owner and undefeated champion. Fresh out of prison, Isaiah Bone moves to Los Angeles, where underground fights are being held. St. Jude Square is a neighborhood living in fear and despair. The dueling gangs of local kingpins, Dash and Antoine, terrorize the streets, and the citizens live without a shred of hope until mysterious stranger, Ryan Hong (Cung Le) arrives. He begins to play one gang against the other, by calling on the teachings of his mentor, Tiano (Jean-Claude Van Damme), to find the strength to battle back. However, just as he begins to bring the community under control, Hong is confronted by Mr. V (Peter Weller), the town's corrupt police chief. At first Mr. V is impressed by Hong's skill, but soon sees Hong as a threat to his regime and the two are locked in a head to head battle, pitting the fear and corruption of Mr. V's regime against the new beginning Hong represents for the people of St. Jude Square.
