Synopsis
Five men attend the same gym in Berlin. None of them seem to have anything in common, but all five have not enough confidence to meet or develop relationships with the opposite sex, and what it really means to be a man or what women expect of them. Günther Stobanski, portrayed by Christian Ulmen, fails with Internet dating, music producer Jerome Ades, portrayed by Til Schweiger, passes from a sentimental break-up story to another. Roland Feldberg, a train driver portrayed by Wotan Wilke Möhring, snubs his wife Susanne Feldberg portrayed by Nadja Uhl. The girlfriend of Philip Henrion, portrayed by Maxim Mehmet, becomes pregnant at a young age. Niklas Michalke, portrayed by Florian David Fitz, is terrified by his impending marriage, while Bruce Berger, a singer portrayed by Justus von Dohnányi, tries to pursue his singing career.Actors

Axel (played by Til Schweiger) has just been dumped by his girlfriend Doro (Katja Riemann), and needs to find a new place to live. He meets Walter (Rufus Beck), a transvestite who teaches straight men how gay men think. Walter talks Axel into joining him and some friends at a gay party afterwards, and tries to convince Axel to move in with him. At the party, Axel decides instead to move in with Walter's best friend, Norbert (Joachim Król), whose boyfriend has just left him. Later, at Axel and Doro's apartment, Norbert tries to seduce Axel while they browse old photos. Just when Norbert has shed all his clothes, Doro shows up at the door, and Axel hastily hides Norbert. Doro explains to Axel that she's expecting his child and wants to give their relationship a second chance. She is not amused to discover a naked man in the wardrobe, but Axel manages to convince her that nothing has happened. Excited about fatherhood and eager to return to Doro, Axel forgets about his new friendship with Norbert.

Fred plans to marry his girlfriend Mara, and he proposes her at the sold–out basketball match. Instead of accepting, Mara puts that decision on her spoiled son, Linus. Ludo Decker and Anna Gotzlowski have been living together for two years. Everyday routine has set in, with Ludo neglecting his household responsibilities much to Anna's dislike, while he is in turn annoyed by her constant complaining. When Ludo runs into his former lover Marie in the disco, and Anna's old boyfriend Ralf comes to stay in their flat for a few days, the young couple faces serious jealousy and doubt in their relationship. Hage, le Saint-Esprit, vit depuis plus de 2 000 ans sous une forme humaine et vend de la dévotion. Le 24 décembre, il rentre chez lui dîner avec M Holacek, sa gouvernante, lorsqu'on frappe. Mais Hage a la tête dans la préparation de sa comédie musicale Holy Spirit Megastar qui doit être créée à l'occasion de la Saint-Sylvestre dans la boîte de nuit "Beverly Hills" de son ami Friedl. Bien qu'ils soient membres de la Trinité, ils ne peuvent pas poser leur veto, cependant Hage tient à montrer à Christl comment la vie est belle. Il lui fait rencontrer Mona, l'actrice principale de la comédie. À la fin de la nuit, Christl, en ramenant Hage chez lui, renverse Mona. Hage pense d'abord à faire disparaître le corps puis se souvient que, selon la Bible, Christl a ressuscité Lazare.
