Synopsis
An archeologist team finds what appears to be new undiscovered Dead Sea Scrolls in the Qumran Ruins, Israel. The scrolls are that of a much earlier Book of Genesis that claims that Noah had an ark before the famous Noah's Ark which was used to store the only surviving Nephilim. When they find this ark though, they have released it into the world, and the only way to stop it is to use Noah's Staff.Actors

A group of traveling college students arrive at an Eastern European village. The film is set in long-ago Rome during the reign of Emperor Tiberius Caesar. In the countryside, a group of travelers come across some sheep and kill some for food. They are interrupted by their owner, a ferocious cyclops, the last of his kind, which kills them all but one who escapes back to Rome. There he sends word to the Emperor that a cyclops has been sighted. He sends his best commander Marcus Romulus (played by Kevin Stapleton) to capture the mankiller. Though it costs him some of his men, Marcus succeeds and takes the cyclops back to Rome. Emperor Tiberius needs a new beast for his circus. When he sees how much attention the cyclops attracts, the emperor decides to use him instead of expensive lions.

In 1974, at the Glensville Sanatorium, West Virginia, Dr. Brendan Ryan (Arne MacPherson) shows local psychiatrist named Dr. Ann Marie McQuaid (Kristen Harris) around the psychiatric hospital. He shows his three deformed patients, Three Finger, Saw Tooth and One Eye (are called themselves as The Hillickers), who all have the ability to sustain injury and not feel it. While Dr. Ryan and Dr. McQuaid move on, one of the mental patients grabs Dr. McQuaid's hair and rips out her hair clip, which she does not notice. The patient gives the hair clip to Saw Tooth. The Hillickers use the clip to pick the lock and escape from their cells. They release the other patients and together they kill the orderlies and the doctors, including McQuaid and Ryan.

During an attempted robbery of a museum, the fire opal that contains the Djinn is accidentally released by a stray gunshot. One of the burglars, a beautiful young woman named Morgana Truscott (Holly Fields), steals the gem and is forced to abandon her partner during the escape. The Djinn escapes and kills the remaining burglar when he accidentally wishes he'd never been born. As the police enter the museum, the demon finishes forming into full size, revealing the Djinn (Andrew Divoff). The Djinn surrenders to the police and is led away.
