Synopsis
After growing fed up with crime in South Africa, Shucks decides to move to Australia, with his friend Alf. Also, we see a Schuster version of Saddam Hussein, called Samoosa Woestyn (ruler of fictional Afkaq) who plans to kill U.S. President George W. Bush at a worldwide country conference. After being in hiding for a year he comes out as a midget. This is when he and his associate Ali go to the conference to get Bush. In the night, Shucks pulls his maid Precious into the jacuzzi and gives her everything he owns, though he cannot remember this the next morning because he was drunk. Samoosa and Ali also fall as another bunch of victims in Shucks' prank list when they are scared by an ash tray that explodes. They are going to be in his new movie, which everybody in South Africa will be viewing.Actors

Since winning the Wings Around the Globe race in the first film, Dusty Crophopper has a successful career as a racer. Unfortunately, his engine's gearbox becomes damaged due to being regularly forced over its limits. With that particular model of gearbox now out of production and none available anywhere, Dusty's mechanic Dottie fits a warning light to his control panel to ensure he doesn't damage his gearbox any further. No longer able to race and faced with the possibility of returning to his old job as a crop-duster, Dusty goes on a defiant flight and tests his limits. In doing so, Dusty exceeds his limits and makes a forced landing at Propwash Junction airport, causing a fire.

Mr. Bean (Rowan Atkinson) is a well meaning, but hopelessly clumsy and destructive security guard, at the Royal National Gallery in London, though his reputation for sleeping on the job compels the board of directors to attempt to fire him, they are thwarted by the chairman (Sir John Mills) who is sympathetic with him. In order to rid themselves of Bean, the board send him to Los Angeles to represent them at the unveiling of the portrait Whistler's Mother. The famous painting has been purchased for $50 million by the fictional Grierson Art Gallery with a grant from General Newton (Burt Reynolds). Bean's visit is arranged by the gallery's curator, David Langley (Peter MacNicol), who, impressed with the National Gallery's false profile of "Dr. Bean", agrees to accommodate Bean in his house for two months, much to the chagrin of his wife Allison (Pamela Reed), son Kevin (Andrew Lawrence) and daughter Jennifer (Tricia Vessey), who subsequently leave for Allison's mother's house.
