Synopsis
The film opens with a scene of FBI agent Richard Hendricks (Michael O'Shea) bedridden in a hospital bed, dictating the results of his investigation for a report to the California Governor. The dictation scenes are interrupted by long flashback scenes showing how the investigation proceeded.Actors

Joseph Goebbels, a down-on-his-luck playwright, boards with Col. Eberhardt Brandt. While there, Goebbels falls in love with Brandt's daughter, Maria, an aspiring actress who does not return his affections. When Goebbels tries to force himself on Maria, Col.
