Synopsis
Uma (Natalia Verbeke) lives in the city of Buenos Aires with her friend Roberto, who happens to be homosexual. She works as a flight attendant, and her job lets her travel all around the world and live an independent life without commitments. But she a has a dream to fulfill: to be a mother. Since she can't find the perfect man, thanks to her job, she decides to look for a sperm donor in different parts of world, but what she is looking for her child's father can't be found anywhere in the sperm banks. After being desperate and tired of not being able to complete her goal, she decides to look for the perfect man that has all the requirements she wants in a father, to leave her pregnant.Actors

Lila (León) (an astrologer), Margarita (de Palma) (a literature teacher), Rosa (Blum) (an erotic-line telephonist) and Azucena (Giménez) (faithful wife recently divorced) -note that all of the women have names which are also the same ones of different type of flowers- live in the same apartment building. One night, they decide to go together to have fun in a show of male striptease. Juan (Luis Brandoni), the taxi driver who brings them to the club, pays attention to the conversation of the women who from one to one counts each other their ideal of a man. In 1935, de la Torre initiated an investigation on the meat trade, which had been previously attempted without success by his fellow party member Julio Noble. In the midst of the investigation, de la Torre's disciple and friend, senator elect Enzo Bordabehere, was murdered, and the province of Santa Fe was intervened. The film chronicles de la Torre's and Bordavere's investigation, as well as the grooming of de la Torre's would-be assassin, Valdez Cora, by corrupt members of the senate, most notably the pro-Nazist Don Alberto.
