Mickey est parti avec Pluto faire du commerce à bord d'une barque sur une rivière africaine. Après un accostage parmi les crocodiles, Mickey et Pluto se retrouvent encerclés par les guerriers d'une tribu locale. Ce sont des cannibales et ils les emportent au bout de leurs piques. Mickey se retrouve au milieu de légumes dans une grande marmite, tandis que Pluto est ficelé comme un cochon avec une pomme dans la gueule mais sur le dos. La tribu dévalise les marchandises de Mickey, trouvant des applications inédites à de nombreux outils comme des instruments de musique. C'est en jouant avec un saxophone utilisé par le cuistot comme cuillère que Mickey parvient à sortir du feu. Mickey divertit un peu la tribu et danse avec les guerriers.

A year after the first film, Dr. Claw (Tony Martin), escapes from Riverton Prison. Chief Quimby (Mark Mitchell), Mayor Wilson (Sigrid Thornton) and Baxter (Bruce Spence) unveil the new female Gadget Model #2 (G2 for short) (Elaine Hendrix), to replace the now glitchy Inspector Gadget (French Stewart). Gadget soon falls for G2, but she turns down his offer to team up, saying she works alone. Also, Gadget angers Quimby after arresting his mother for going .3 mph over the speed limit and for driving without a license. Meanwhile, Dr. Claw plans to steal 5 trillion dollars worth of gold from the Riverton Federal Reserve. Gadget's niece, Penny (Caitlin Wachs) shows him that Claw placed a job ad in the paper for minions. Gadget goes undercover, but ends up causing a bar brawl, which G2 later breaks up. Penny sneaks along with Brain (Gadget's dog), and finds out Claw is planning a heist; she tells Gadget and G2. Despite Quimby warning to stay away or he will be fired, Gadget goes to the stakeout and ends up sabotaging it while trying to help, allowing Claw's minions to escape with ion fuel cells. Quimby makes Gadget spend the next three days as a bathroom janitor instead of firing him as promised.

Bingo is an outcast circus dog whom his owners pay little attention to. Their star puppy, Lauren, develops an infection so they use Bingo for their next act - The Ring of Fire. But Bingo is afraid of fire (due to the fact that he experienced it as a young puppy) and chickens out. His master (Simon Webb) gets ready to kill him, but his wife stops him and tells Bingo to start over and find a family. Bingo does so when the master's wife finally agrees to kill him when Bingo mistakes the wife's orders several times.

A hooded figure walks past a church on a snowy night carrying a covered basket. The Christmas carol "Silent Night" is heard coming from the church, setting the time of year. The figure then approaches Mickey Mouse's house and peeks in the window: Minnie is playing "Silent Night" on an organ, Mickey is decorating a Christmas tree, and Pluto is peaceful sleeping by the fire. In the year 1962, the Radcliffe family and their one hundred and one dalmatians are preparing to move to their "Dalmatian Plantation," a home in the countryside with plenty of room for all of them. However, one of the puppies, Patch, feels ignored and wishes to be unique like his television hero, Thunderbolt. While watching the Thunderbolt Adventure Hour, he hears about a chance to appear on the show. He is accidentally left behind when his family leaves for the plantation, so he decides to head for the audition to meet his hero and win a guest spot on the show. He fails to impress the producers, allowing a jealous Lil' Lightning to manipulate them into making himself the hero of his own show. Depressed, Patch leaves and runs into Thunderbolt.

The concert opens with Mickey on piano. His shadow is cast dramatically on the curtain as he plays a classical interlude. Soon he transitions into a ragtime version of "St. Louis Blues." Minnie struts onstage and sings the verse "I hate to see that evening sun go down..." with Mickey accompanying. Soon an unseen band takes over the accompaniment and Mickey joins Minnie; the two mice dance and scat sing two more verses.
