Synopsis
La nouvelle enquête du commissaire San-Antonio le place au cœur d'une machination internationale. Le commissaire, en compagnie de ses fidèles adjoints, doit retrouver un gadget ultrasecret qui se trouve en possession de monsieur Walter Klozett. Son enquête l'amènera à affronter des agents soviétiques et la terrible miss Ténébra, qui luttent tous pour acquérir le précieux objet. L'étrange monsieur Klozett, capturé par miss Ténébra, meurt au cours de l'éprouvant interrogatoire qu'elle lui fait subir. San Antonio doit alors se lancer lui-même à la recherche du gadget tant convoité.Actors

Sachiko Hanai (Emi Kuroda) works as a call girl or soap girl specializing in sexual roleplay, or cosplay. In her work, Sachiko portrays a home-tutor, hence the film's original title, Horny Home Tutor: Teacher’s Love Juice. While at a café after one job, she witnesses an altercation between two men, one a North Korean and the other from the Middle East, who turn out to be spies in the middle of a transaction. In 2002, in a new lair behind the famous Hollywood sign, Dr. Evil outlines his newest plan to his minions: he will go back in time to 1975 and bring back Johan van der Smut, aka "Goldmember", who developed a cold fusion unit for a tractor beam which Dr. Evil names Preparation H, not to be confused with the well known product of the same name - Preparations A through G had failed earlier. He intends to use the tractor beam to pull a meteor into the Earth to strike the polar ice caps and cause global flooding. However, moments after revealing this plan Austin Powers and the British Secret Service attack and arrest Dr. Evil. Austin is knighted for his services, but is disappointed when his father, the famous super-spy Nigel Powers, fails to attend the event. At a party to celebrate his knighthood he sings a song with the band Ming Tea; later he meets two Japanese twins named Fook Mi and Fook Yu and is about to have a threesome with them when Basil Exposition informs Austin that his father has been kidnapped, the only clue being that the crew of his yacht have had their genitalia painted gold.
