Dans un royaume imaginaire et corrompu gouverné par la cruelle Katharina, celle-ci afin de renflouer les caisses de l'état manœuvre pour faire marier sa fille Emily avec Meinrad von Bock, un attardé mental. Katharina entretient aussi une relation sado-masochiste avec l’évêque. Emily est amoureuse de Josef, un palefrenier et ne veut pas entendre parler de ce mariage. Elle s'enfuit du château avec l'aide de Trizi, sa servante. Les deux femmes trouvent refuge dans un bordel. Pendant ce temps, Josef a été capturé par Katharina qui lui fait crever les yeux. L'évêque étant client du bordel, il finit par y découvrir la présence des deux jeunes femmes, des coups de feu sont tirés et la tenancière est tuée. Les prostituées se retrouvent à la rue et décident de devenir des bandits de grand chemins (les Filles brigandes) en recrutant d'autres femmes. Emily et Trizi finissent par être capturées, on coupe la langue de Trizi et on force Emily à se marier. Mais en pleine cérémonie, les Filles brigandes interviennent et font un massacre délivrant ainsi le royaume de la tyrannie.

A ship sailing in the pre-First Opium War South China Sea is attacked by pirates and five British maidens on board are kidnapped. They are sold to a brothel run by Chao (Hsieh Wang), starting to get trained in sexual techniques for the day when they shall be auctioned. After stopping a group of Vizorium smugglers, the Lovely Angels (more commonly known as the Dirty Pair) are sent on a mission to Agerna, a planet rich with Vizorium, a mineral necessary to space travel. They are sent to stop the mysterious attacks on mining operations that have the governments of the world pointing fingers and blaming each other. While investigating they end up taking a break from their investigation and take bubble baths when Carson D. Carson, a former member of the group of smugglers they stopped on their last mission interrupts their bath time by falling through a vent. While the ladies get out of the bathtubs and question Carson they are attacked by strange alien monsters that force the Pair to flee leaving their equipment behind wearing nothing but towels. The Dirty Pair are forced to ally with Carson to stop Dr. Wattsman, a mad scientist bent on taking a long dormant alien race to its final evolutionary form? After being captured by Dr. Wattsman it is revealed that Carson was really after obtaining a rare World War II-vintage wine. Carson D. Carson is forced to take on Bruno, Dr. Wattmans servant. While badly wounded, Carson D. Carson does not die in the end (although Kei was afraid he had), and the movie ends on a happy note, with the Dirty Pair and Carson flying off with the doctor and servant in custody. Of course, this wouldn't be Dirty Pair without a major disaster. The doctor's equipment was activated and Sadingas all over the planet were awakened, wreaking havoc.

A young Mexican nun, named Sister Sarah, is neglected and abused by a corrupt clergy that produces and distributes heroin. After a bad drug deal, she is handed over to thugs to be used as an instrument as sex for money. On the verge of death after being heavily drugged and wounded, the nun receives a commandment from God to take revenge. Acquiring heavy weapons (including big guns), Sister Sarah sets out to kill those who had abused her and are using the church for their own personal gain. The frightened drug lords in the church hires "Los Muertos", a violent motorcycle gang to track her down and eliminate her. Los Muertos base of operations is the local brothel "Titty Flickers" where they to try and gather more information on the vigilante nun. After being wounded in a shootout, Sister Sarah hides out in a fleabag motel where she recovers and finally achieves vengeance by killing Los Muertos, degenitalizing Chavo (the brutal leader of Los Muertos), and saving her female lover who was raped. But in the final scene, the clergy drug lord, known only as the Monsignor, hires another hit man to track down the vigilante nun, leaving the door wide open for a sequel.
