Star Lorenzo Lamas returns as ex-marine Jack Kelly, out to right the wrongs of the big city. He is not alone in this adventure, though: his trusty sidekick "Speedboat" (Larry B. Scott) is always near. The movie also stars Ron Palillo as Torchy.
Synopsis
In this installment of the series Jack Kelly tries to exterminate a major drug cartel after one of the students he is training in the martial arts dies of a suspected drug overdose. Kelly immediately leaps into action by uncovering a cache of weapons he saved from his marine days, and busting into a drug stronghold, guns blazing. Alas, after this battle he is arrested but saved from jail by the quick thinking of his lawyer, who gets him into an insane asylum. Here he will meet many "crazy" characters who will both assist and hinder his quest for justice. After escaping, Kelly continues his fight and eventually discovers that the drugs are laced with rat poison. After some more fighting he uses the drugs to kill the top men of the drug operation.Actors

Nick Taylor (Lorenzo Lamas) is the kickboxing champion of the world but his reign is cut short by Jake Gerard (Jeff Langton). Gerard is similar to a Clubber Lang type character. Taylor gives up and he's completely destroyed by Gerard's brutal victory over him. He retires and remains that way until he comes across a promising newcomer, Danny Davis (Michael Worth). Taylor trains Davis to avenge his title and Davis defeats every fighter in his path. In the end Jake Gerard and Nick Taylor square off in a battle royal on top of a roof lit by neon signs.

Chan plays a bumbling long haired acrobat named Jiang who really wants to practice kung fu. He finds an advertisement for work at the Mansion as a body guard. Jiang doesn't get the body guard position, but cons his way into a job using his kung fu skills, and gets himself into the middle of some shady business. He is told not to go near the "guest room" where the special guest is staying. A fellow employee tells Jiang that there is an evil witch who lives in the guest room and is not to be disturbed. Jiang of course is caught spying on her and is run off the land. He then encounters two kung fu masters fighting in the woods. He watches one kill the other, and when he leaves Jiang takes the body into town to collect the reward. Using the money from the reward, Jiang tries to fulfill his kung fu dreams and find a master. He is suddenly attacked by the crazy witch and is about to lose until a mystery master shows up and beats her. The master turns out to be a bum, and teaches Jiang kung fu. He then goes on a journey with a princess to find a special jade plant.
