Synopsis

Lepel, un petit garçon, vit avec sa vilaine grand-mère, une femme revêche. Il en est ainsi depuis que les parents de l'enfant ont choisi de partir, des années auparavant, pour un long périple en montgolfière. Lepel, qui souffre cruellement de leur absence, décide de comprendre les raisons qui les ont poussés à délaisser leur enfant. Sa vie change le jour où il décide de se réfugier dans un grand magasin où il rencontre Pleun, une jeune fille qui vit derrière un présentoir à cravates. Ensemble, ils partent à la recherche des parents de Lepel.
