Streetwalker (Spanish:Trotacalles) is a 1951 Mexican drama film directed by Matilde Landeta and starring Miroslava, Ernesto Alonso and Elda Peralta.

The film's sets were designed by Luis Moya.

Synopsis

Matilde Landeta, l’une des premières réalisatrices du cinéma mexicain, offre un portrait nuancé et novateur du travail du sexe. Dans un monde financièrement dominé par les hommes, il n’y a pas de “gentilles” ou de “méchantes filles”, seulement des femmes dont le corps est chosifié par le patriarcat.
