Synopsis
Un dispositif qui commande une arme puissante par satellite de fabrication russe est volé par des terroristes russes, qui tentent d'échapper en volant, mais en sont abattus. Le dispositif est maintenant au-dessus de K2. Le dispositif est toujours actif et où il frappera est indéterminable. Les bons doivent se rendre à l'appareil et le désactiver. Le seul problème, c'est l'hiver et il sera difficile de monter K2. Quelques-unes des meilleures alpinistes sont recrutés dans le monde à prendre techs qui peut désactiver l'appareil au-dessus de K2. Cependant, avant le départ partie d'escalade, un membre de l'équipe meurt, et il pourrait ne pas être des causes naturelles. Le groupe qui a volé l'appareil pourrait avoir quelqu'un de l'équipe. Janice Starlin is a model who has built up her own cosmetics company. She has always modelled for her own company's advertisements, but now that she is in her forties, investors are advising her to step aside in favor of a younger model. In desperation, she consults a scientist working on a new youth serum based on wasp hormones. Eager for any possible treatment, Janice agrees to be the first human test subject. At first, the results seem miraculous she looks like a 25-year-old. As time goes on, however, the terrible side effects of the drug become all too apparent.

In Drake Industries Research Lab in Kauai, Hawaii, two creatures, Supergator & Dinocroc, are being studied. However, Supergator breaks free from the lab and eats two scientists before escaping into the water. Dinocroc also breaks free by breaking the wall and crushing another scientist. It also eats two scientists and goes into the trees. Jason Drake (David Carradine) calls an elite army group to kill the creatures, but they are killed by Dinocroc. Drake then calls in Fish & Game hunter Bob Logan (Rib Hillis) who is also known as "The Cajun" to kill the two creatures. While spying on Drake's lab, Paul Beaumont (Corey Landis) meets a cop, Cassidy Swanson (Rasimas). While Drake has his private party, he meets up with a girl named Victoria Chase. Drake tells her to be with The Cajun. The Cajun meets with Victoria and they both go on a boat and down the river. Paul & Cassidy observe the huge mushrooms. As they hear Kimberly Taft asking for help, they help her in the jeep with the Dinocroc chasing after them. It's up to Paul, Cassidy, and "The Cajun" to kill the creatures before it's too late. Cassidy and her father attempt to shoot at Supergator. Cassidy's father, Charlie, shoots the Supergator's eye, presumably blinding it, and is devoured. As Supergator eats Charlie, Cassidy gets in the car and drives off. The Supergator then chases her all the way to the mill. As Supergator reaches the end of the tunnel, Bob & Paul blow it up with a C-4 so Supergator & Dinocroc can't escape. The two reptiles engage in battle, in which Dinocroc wins after knocking Supergator on its soft underbelly and attacks it. Paul then throws a bomb for the explosion. After Dinocroc kills Supergator, it spots Paul and walks towards him as Paul hides in a trough filled with water, protecting himself from the explosives. The bomb explodes, knocking back and killing Dinocroc. Paul is assumed to be killed as well, but he survives the attack and before he and Cassidy leave, the camera then turns to Dinocroc and Supergator, which are both dead as one is burning and another is bleeding. As Paul and Cassidy walk away, in the mill are babies, of either Dinocroc or Supergator.

Five women, Linda (Gail Harris), Jessica (Melissa Moore), Kimberly (Stacia Zhivago), Suzanne (Barbii) and Janey (Dana Bentley) buy the old Hokstedter place for their new sorority house. They get it cheap because of the bloody incidents from five years before committed by Hokstedter. They decide to stay in it for the night so they can meet the movers in the morning, despite the electricity and the phones not working. Janey tells the group of the murders years before, putting the group on edge. As it turns to night, a storm rolls in and the girls are crept out by they neighbor Orville Ketchum (Peter Spellos) who recalls the night of the murders, and how Hokstedter was defeated. He gives them the keys to the basement before returning home. The girls decide to explore the basement, and find Hokstedter's tools and also a ouija board. Meanwhile, Lt. Mike Block (Jürgen Baum) and Sgt. Phyliss Shawlee (Toni Naples) set out in the storm to get to the Hokstedter house after they receive a disturbance call from the house, and also suspect Orville had something to do with the murders, although Mike was unable to pin anything on him at the time.

The movie takes place in the present day, when a policeman obtains one of the halves, and gives it to his brother to figure out. The policeman is then captured by a mobster who was looking for the treasure, who then forces him to come to the island to help him find it. Meanwhile, his brother hires a small plane (with a female pilot and two incidental passengers) to take him to the island, but a storm ends up stranding everyone. The two groups are forced to survive in the jungle while also clashing with each other.
