The film stars Auditya and Radhika in the lead roles. This film is about a corporate love between the main characters. It marks Radhika's comeback to films after a 5-year hiatus.

Rudran (Girish Karnad), a very strict disciplinarian father of two daughters, hates the word 'Love'. The very mention of this word makes him punish himself to unimaginable heights. Karthikeyan (Arjun) is a photographer-cum-editor working in Indian Express. Chitra (Meena) is a bank employee. Both reside in Navi Mumbai. Karthik meets Chitra while opening a bank account.
