The Case of Becky is a lost 1921 American silent drama film based on a successful 1912 David Belasco and Edward J. Locke written play, The Case of Becky. Belasco also produced the play. The play starred Belasco's muse, Frances Starr. This film was produced by Realart Pictures and released through Paramount Pictures. It is a remake of a 1915 film of the same title starring Blanche Sweet.

The film's subject matter deals with mysticism and reincarnation. Based upon a summary in a film publication, Nora O'Hallahan (Minter) comes to America only to find her mother dead. The Irish girl takes a position as the nurse for the Heath's child. Alice Heath (Minter) is killed and, after almost losing himself through his grief, the artist husband Roger (Holt) receives inspiration through Nora, who has grown marvelously like the dead wife through her love for the child. Nora's belief in the return of spirits is responsible for saving the child's life, while the artist feels that Alice has returned to him in the form of Nora, and he makes her his wife.

John, Comte de Woodstock mais désargenté, pense retrouver la fortune en pariant sur le boxeur Joe Lee dans un combat qui aura lieu au English National Sporting Club, et en faisant courir son cheval Lady Love dans le Derby d'Epsom. An actress, Peggy, is stranded on the island of Caparoja, which is ruled by a local dictator, Sangredo. For a living, she sings in the local tavern, where she is seen by two sailors from a tramp steamer who are visiting the port, Johnny and Happy. Johnny falls in love with Peggy and plans to marry her, rescuing her from her exile. However, Sangredo hires Peggy to perform at a party he is throwing, when the original singer, Carlotta, backs out. When Johnny finds out about the agreement, he misunderstands their relationship, and blows up at her. Peggy gets furious in turn over the fact he could believe that about her, and calls the wedding off.

After graduation, she helps David Jordan (Jere Austin) run for the Senate, who then professes his love for her.
