Synopsis
Un pays africain où des hommes en armes errent et tuent. Dans la capitale, pendant une réunion du Conseil, une insurrection militaire éclate. Le président, les ministres et tous les adultes prennent la fuite. Seuls demeurent les enfants, abandonnés, et le sage conseiller Dubem. Garçons et filles, aidés par Dubem, décident de s'organiser entre eux, et de créer leur république, en se passant des adultes. Un jour arrive en ville un petit groupe d'enfants-soldats qui ont réussi à échapper aux militaires...Actors

During the last days of the Vietnam War, USAF Lieutenant Colonel Iceal E. "Gene" Hambleton (Gene Hackman) call sign BAT-21 Bravo, is flying on board a EB-66C electronic warfare aircraft, engaged in electronic countermeasures preparatory to a major bombing strike. Lieutenant Jake "Cool Hand" Grafton (Brad Johnson) and his bombardier/navigator and best friend Lieutenant Morgan "Morg" McPhearson (Christopher Rich) are flying a Grumman A-6 Intruder over the Gulf of Tonkin towards North Vietnam.
