It stars Brenda Vaccaro and Don Stroud and was one of the first films from Canadian director William Fruet. The low-budget production was shot in rural Canada and at a studio in Kleinburg, Ontario, Canada.
As of April 2014, the film has never had a DVD release.
Synopsis
Diane (Brenda Vaccaro) is a former fashion model who meets a wealthy gentleman named Harry (Chuck Shamata). After a whirlwind romance, she decides to accompany Harry for a weekend getaway at his remote country house by a lake. It soon becomes obvious to them both that they are not made for each other and they start arguing.Actors

Alex (David Hess) is a darkly sinister thug driving around New York City at night when he spots a young woman (Karoline Mardeck) driving alongside him. While walking home from work, Thana, a mute seamstress in New York City's Garment District, is raped at gunpoint in an alley by a mysterious, masked attacker. She survives and makes her way back to her apartment, where she encounters a burglar and is raped a second time. Thana, her name an allusion to Greek god of death Thanatos, hits this second assailant with a small sculpture then bludgeons him to death with an iron, and carries his body to the bathtub. She goes to work the next day, and after encountering working with an iron, watching her boss Albert rip a shirt off a mannequin, she goes into shock, which worries her co-workers. However, when she looks at the trashbin at her office, she decides to dismember the burglar's corpse and throw the parts away in various locations of the city.

Psychiatrist Dr. Miranda Grey (Halle Berry) works at a mental hospital and has a car accident after trying to avoid a girl (Kathleen Mackey) on a road during a stormy night while driving back home. She rushes to try to help the girl. The girl turns out to be a ghost and possesses Miranda's body by burning her after she extends her hand to the girl. Miranda loses consciousness. Miranda next wakes up in the very hospital she works for, but as a patient treated by her co-worker, Dr. Pete Graham (Robert Downey, Jr.). Drugged and confused, she remembers nothing of what happened after the car accident. To her horror, she learns that her husband Douglas (Charles S. Dutton) was brutally murdered and that she is the primary suspect. While Miranda copes with her new life in the hospital, the ghost uses her body to carry out messages (most noticeably, she carves the words "not alone" into Miranda's arm), which leads her former colleagues to believe Miranda is suicidal and is inflicting the wounds on herself.

Ben Shaw (Joshua Jackson) and his new bride, Jane (Rachael Taylor), leave New York for Tokyo, Japan, where Ben has a job as a photographer. While traveling, Jane hits a girl in the middle of the wilderness, running over her. They find no body or even a trace of blood and decide to leave, thinking the victim was all right. They later start to find mysterious lights in their photos, which are later identified as spirit photography by Ben's assistant, Seiko Nakamura (Maya Hazen). Jane begins to have eerie dreams and visions as if they are trying to tell her something, and senses a haunting presence stalking them. Ben begins to complain of severe shoulder pain, and his friends begin to comment he's looking bent and hunched over, though the doctor can find no cause. Seiko takes Jane to her ex-boyfriend, Ritsuo (James Kyson Lee), whose career is to investigate paranormal activities, and he tells them that the lights are spirits, manifestations of intense emotions trying to communicate. At a subway station, Jane spots the ghostly presence of the girl she hit, causing her to believe that she killed the girl. Ben later also has a similar terrifying encounter. They go to a medium, Murase; however, Ben refuses to translate what Murase says, claiming he is a fraud.

The film follows the story of Jennifer Hills (Butler), continuing the story of the first story and not the second; this is the true sequel. After Jennifer survived her assault and exacted revenge on the men that hurt her, she has returned to city life, completely scarred from the whole ordeal. She's no longer an aspiring writer and now devotes herself between working as an assault hotline operator, going to group counselling, and getting personal therapy for her ordeal, under the assumed name, Angela. Because of her mental/emotional scars, she has become highly aggressive and defensive around her environment; she doesn't trust men and presume all simply wants to have her, including the good ones. However, she began developing a bond with one of the girls in the group, Marla, and two began their own personal crusade, by exacting justice for the victims they know. However, just as Jennifer began to enjoy life, Marla died. Distraught and enraged how the law couldn't exact justice for Marla nor the rape victims in her support group, she decided to get revenge for them. One-by-one, Jennifer stalked and lured the scot-free rapists to a private place to torture and kill them. However, her actions began to draw attention from the cops as they suspect she's behind recent murders; she was never caught. Despite the police keeping an eye on her, she managed to evade detection, but she has become further disillusioned with society and enraged there's no justice for wrongdoers. Jennifer was ultimately stopped after she lost her sanity to hurt another man and the police stopped her in the act. Despite being sent to jail and continuing her psychotherapy, Jennifer has become a highly violent and cynical person, unwilling to stop exacting her murderous rage upon those who earned her wrath.

Set in a small village in China, a beautiful young seamstress, Mak Wei-Fong (Lily Chung), arrives at a police station to report the mass murder of her family.
