Donald Alan "Don" Diamond (June 4, 1921 – June 19, 2011) was an American radio, film, and television actor who portrayed "Crazy Cat", the sidekick and heir apparent to Chief Wild Eagle on the popular 1960s television sitcom, F Troop (1965–1967).

Biography

Son père est né en Russie et a servi dans l'armée américaine pendant la Première Guerre mondiale ; sa mère est née dans le New Jersey. Il a appris l'espagnol lorsqu'il était dans l'armée américaine dans le Sud-Ouest du pays. Il a figuré dans plus de 25 films et plus de cent séries télévisées.
Il est notamment connu pour avoir joué dans la série de Walt Disney Zorro. Il figure tout d'abord dans le 8e épisode de la saison 1 Evènement tragique dans une apparition non créditée du lancier Ibarra. La production à la recherche d'un faire-valoir au sergent Garcia, lui fait passer un essai, et Don Diamond obtient le rôle récurrent du caporal Reyes qui forme avec Henry Calvin, qui incarne le sergent Garcia, un tandem comique comparable au duo Laurel et Hardy. Apparaissant à partir du 14e épisode de la saison 1 L'ombre du doute, il interprète le caporal dans cinquante épisodes.

Il parlait couramment l'espagnol et connaissait plus de 20 dialectes de tous les coins du monde. Il a été très demandé pour fournir sa voix pour des personnages de dessins animés et peut être appelé « l'homme aux mille voix ». De sa famille, il a dit lui-même que « [son] épouse Louisa est un professeur d'espagnol. Elle est du Mexique. » Ils étaient mariés depuis plus de trente ans et ont eu une fille, Roxanne, née en 1966.

A man dressed in black drives through Los Angeles, and flashes back to a girl dying in a car accident. The man arrives at an apartment complex, and kills a female tenant (who recognizes him) with a drill. Afterward, the man dons a ski mask, and murders two other women, the first with a hammer, and the second with a screwdriver. The police are called, and they interview the people who found the bodies, as well as Vance Kingsley, the owner of the building. The next night, the killer strikes again, breaking into the apartment of a woman who is masturbating in her bathtub, and shooting her in the stomach and head with a nail gun. The murderer then abducts Laurie Ballard, a fifteen-year-old who lives in the above apartment with her family.

Edith Alice "Breezy" Breezerman (Kay Lenz), a free-spirited teenage runaway, wakes up from a one-night stand, gets dressed, and then walks out the door with her guitar. She catches a ride to the valley with a stranger who seems harmless at first, then when he starts to drive in the wrong direction and talks about "giving his last hitchhiker something to yell about", she jumps out of his car, runs-away and ends up on Frank Harmon's (William Holden) front lawn. Frank is a middle aged divorced man, who lives a solitary life at his post modern home in the hills. As he gets into his car to drive to work, Breezy jumps into his car asking for a ride to the valley. Breezy tells Frank about her the trouble she had this morning with the stranger and the two bond. Eventually Breezy sees a dog lying in the road and makes Frank pull over. Angered by Frank's lack of empathy for the poor animal Breezy becomes angry and then runs off crying. Realizing that the dog is still alive Frank carries the dog back to his car, when he opens the door the back seat Frank sees that Breezy left her guitar in his back seat and becomes angry because of all the trouble she has caused him.

The first part of the film revolves around Ruth, visualized as a pagan idolatress in her youth who serves as the spiritual teacher of a young Moabitess girl, Tebah, who is being prepared to be sacrificed to Chemosh, a Moabite deity. High-priestess Eleilat, along with Ruth, instruct Mahlon, a Judean artisan, to polish Tebah's ritual crown. Ruth becomes doubtful of her religion and ultimately falls in love with Mahlon, sharing an interest in monotheism.
