Derek Charles (Idris Elba) works for a finance company and is married to Sharon (Beyoncé Knowles). While Derek is at work, he greets temporary worker Lisa Sheridan (Ali Larter), who—believing Derek was flirting with her—attempts to seduce him throughout the film.
