Synopsis
The film consists of two parallel narratives. One tells about an investigation of a murder of a girl, whose severely burned body has been found on a beach in Sydney. The police have a suspect in the murder, but the retired inspector Thompson is convinced they are wrong and continues his own investigation. The second is a story of a young Dutch girl Glenda and her partner, an Italian Antonio. Although they are in relationship, Glenda keeps seeing other men.Actors

En Australie, près de Sydney, le corps calciné d'une jeune femme est retrouvé dans une carcasse de voiture abandonnée sur une plage. Tous les blancs sont devenus ses ennemis mortels depuis qu’une Anglaise a rejeté une fois son amour, il s’est vengé d'elle en kidnappant sa fille Toura qu’il a installée dans l’île. Voyant que Toura veut partir, Kuasa veut la sacrifier avec ses nouveaux amis au dieu crocodile quand le volcan se met en éruption et détruit Kuasa et ses hommes. Mery per sempre is set in Malaspina, a juvenile detention centre in Palermo, Sicily, during the 1980s. The protagonist, Marco Terzi (Michele Placido), is a teacher who has transferred to Palermo from Milan. He obtains a position as teacher inside the institution, and has great difficulty in establishing a rapport with the young, hostile students; in particular, Natale Sperandeo (Francesco Benigno), the leader of the group, who is inside for murder, and Pietro Giancone (Claudio Amendola). Terzi's situation is further complicated when Mario Libassi (Alessandro Di Sanzo), a transvestite prostitute, nicknamed Mery, falls in love with him. With the passing of time, however, Terzi slowly gains the respect and admiration of his students, even from the most hardened of the young men.
