Synopsis

Le film est une compilation cinématographique de quatre sketches ayant trait à des histoires sentimentales, issus du spectacle de la « Compagnie Za-Bum », très active au début des années 1930.

In a town, near Naples, in 1900, the cobbler Agostino Miciacio is accused by tenants of his apartment building to be crazy. In fact Augostino is a lively man, mocked by everyone because he is messy.
