Michael Richards is a rapist and murderer, but in his mind he’s a victim out to get retribution against the women who have wronged him. The film uses the sequence approach and follows each of the five female leads as opposed to a time-line. The film shifts back and forth to follow the point of view of each of the women as they are stalked and haunted by the blood hunger psychopath. Each sequence shows the women engage in graphic drug use and sex, that both come off very real to the naked eye, and reveals a little bit more of the story before each woman is ultimately “judged” by Michael.

Ace Jackson (Sean Weathers) is a low level criminal who has dreams of making it big. Through his cousin, Baxter (Waliek Crandall), a local drug king pin, Mr. Bigelow aka Mr. Biggs (Adonis Williams), lets Ace unload a shipment of cocaine under the condition that he gets his money or drugs back by the end of the week, however things go horribly awry when the drugs are stolen and now Ace has to try and beat the clock before he gets killed by Bigelow's goons. The film has a very unique look and structure to it, the actors were aloud to improvise most of their dialogue to give the film a natural feel, it was shot in high-contrast black and white along with added graininess to match the gritty, dark, dirty world and the characters in it. There are also still images of murder victims spliced throughout the film to add to the impending sense of doom and inevitability for Ace. The most blunt message in the film however is the scrolling text that appears several times making statements of social and political injustices, comparing the macro and micro and turning Ace’s journey into an allegorical tale of someone on the bottom of the food chain trying in vain to make it to the top.

Looking to get off the streets for a while and kick his drug habit, he visits his brother Tyler P. Crow (Waliek Crandall), a god fearing, bible quoting, closeted homosexual. The character is a parody of playwright and filmmaker Tyler Perry. While staying there Soloman wastes little time running his mind games on his brother's wife, Tamia (Sybelle Silverphoenix), and together they concoct a murder plot against Tyler that goes terribly awry.

Jennifer Hills (Sarah Butler) goes to a cabin in the woods to write her second novel. Lost, she pulls into a gas station where there are three men loitering. They make small talk until she accidentally hits the panic button on her car, causing employee Johnny (Jeff Branson) to stumble backward into a bucket of water. Jennifer finds the cabin. Later, Matthew (Chad Lindberg), who has a social interaction disability, is contracted to fix the cabin's bathroom sink and toilet, which he successfully does. Jennifer abruptly kisses him on the cheek in gratitude, stating that he saved her from having to bathe in the swampy lake. He later boasts to the three men, revealed to be brash, reckless, and sadistic (when we see them again they are beating a fish with a bat), that "she likes me".
