Trocadero is a 1944 American film directed by William Nigh.

Synopsis

The film is a fictional story of the creation of the Trocadero night club with the two foster children of Tony Rocadero erecting the club in their late father's memory. The film is an excuse to feature a variety of performers doing their act in the club, including an animated character from Dave Fleischer.

The nobleman Lothario seduces Musette, the daughter of Giarno, the leader of the nearby Gypsy camp. When Musette learns that Lothario is married and has a baby, Mignon, she jumps off a cliff. Farm workers harvest the crop whilst singing. At night they meet at the barn dance for more singing and dancing.
