Uchithanai Muharnthaal or Uchithanai Mukarnthal is a 2011 Tamil drama film directed by Pugazendhi Thangaraj and assisted by Prashanth Ramamurthy. The film's plot revolves around a 13-year-old Sri Lankan Tamil girl, portrayed by child actress Neenika. The film also stars Sathyaraj, Seeman and Sangeetha, while featuring music scored by D. Imman. The film released in December 2011.
Synopsis
Punitha est une adolescente tamoule qui vit avec sa famille au Sri Lanka. Après qu'elle a été victime d'un viol collectif perpétré par des soldats de l'armée régulière cingalaise, sa mère la conduit clandestinement au Tamil Nadu pour la soustraire à la guerre civile. Punitha est recueillie par le professeur Nadesan et son épouse Nirmala, qui subissent d'incessantes tracasseries de la part des autorités pour l'aide qu'ils apportent aux réfugiés tamouls en situation irrégulière. Enceinte et atteinte du VIH, elle est soignée par le docteur Rekha et bénéficie également de la bienveillance d'un vigile et d'un policier, père de deux adolescentes, touchés par sa détresse.Actors

Nachiappan (Nassar) is a restaurateur in Los Angeles, USA. Rahul Mithaiwala (Shahrukh Khan) is a forty-year-old bachelor living in Mumbai. His parents died in a car accident when he was eight years old, so his grandparents raised him. His grandfather (Lekh Tandon) owns a chain of confectionery shops where Rahul has been a dedicated worker helping his grandfather. Two of Rahul's friends convince to finally take a vacation and travel with them to Goa. Rahul's grandfather dies on the day of the 100th birthday celebration. His grandmother tells Rahul that his grandfather wanted his ashes to be divided into two parts—one of each to be immersed in the Ganges and Rameswaram. She asks Rahul to take the ashes to Rameswaram and disperse them. While he accepts her request, Rahul and his friends plan to dump the ashes at Goa but his grandmother wants to see him off, forcing Rahul to travel by train. He books a single ticket on the Chennai Express, planning to quickly exit and meet his friends along the way. However, as he tries to leave the train, he notices a young woman running to board it. He helps her and then four large men board the moving train, missing his chance to debark.

Inba (Madhavan) grew up to be a goon, as his brother had left him to fend for himself and he had no option of earning. He loves, marries, and abuses his wife, Sashi (Meera Jasmine). One day, Meera and Arjun get into a quarrel on the road and Meera gets into an auto. Arjun hitches a ride from Michael, who is riding in the same direction, to catch up with Meera. Suddenly, Michael is shot but Arjun saves him. After talking to Michael, Arjun changes his mind and wants to be a politician. Selvanayagam is worried when he hears news of students standing in the election. He uses every possible resource to get them out of Politics. Firstly he provides scholarship to study at a prestigious foreign university to Michael. When Michael refuses the bribe, he orders his goon Inba to take control. Inba beats some students but faces very strong retaliation from Michael and other students. He kidnaps Arjun and other candidates. However, they manage to escape with the help of Inba's ally, Dilli (Sriman). Inba follows Arjun and beats him up. While running, Arjun manages to call Michael for help. He comes to rescue Arjun at Napier Bridge. Then Inba is handed to the police. Michael wins the four seats he and his college mates have contested for. Sashi leaves for her hometown while Inba remains in prison hoping not to get the capital punishment. Michael, Arjun and two friends enter into politics.

The film begins in Nallur, a small village in Thoothukudi district in southern Tamil Nadu.
