Though the film's title is similar to the 1992 film Universal Soldier, the storyline is closer to the 1987 film Predator, the 1989 low-budget film R.O.T.O.R. the classic story The Most Dangerous Game and the TV series Lost. Along with some possible, but small references to The Terminator.
Synopsis
The U.S. government initiates a program to create genetically-modified cybernetic super soldiers, but it goes awry when the test subjects escape from their holding cells. Set on an island in an undisclosed location. A team of Marine grunts is stalked by the genetically and physically superior experimental Universal Soldiers. The Universal Soldier characters, sometimes called ""UNISOL's"" an acronym also used in the completely unrelated Universal Soldier series of films, are restricted and monitored by computerized metal masks that cover the left side of their faces. To act independently, the soldiers must rip the mask off, mutilating their faces. Most wear black jumpsuits with armor on their chests, shoulders and spines and display superhuman abilities. They can move fast enough to not be seen and jump so high and far that they appear to be flying, though they are not capable of true flight.Actors

When a great white shark eats the potential catch of a sport fisherman, the man and his daughter violently retaliates by sadistically torturing and killing the shark, whose corpse then sinks to the bottom of an underwater cave and is subsequently resurrected as a ghost shark due to the cave's mysterious paranormal properties. Now hungry for revenge, the ghost shark eats his redneck killers along with the captain of their boat, eventually setting its sights on the rest of the local community in the seaside town of Harmony. Due to the great white's new spectral form, it can attack and kill anyone as long as there is even the smallest amount of water nearby, including coming out of a swimming pool, a bathtub, a bucket, a metal pipe, and even a drinking cup, killing many people in several locations.

Open on gorgeous swamplands of the Atchafalaya Basin in the summer. Lots of beautiful teens are at the beach the weekend before Gator Fest. That night an animal smuggling deal goes awry and a large sea creature escapes into a swampy backwoods river. At the McDaniel's "Gator Shack" restaurant, a local, Jackson is drunk, and gets mangled to bits. The town sheriff blames the carnage on the McDaniel's "escaped" pack of gators and tries hauling them off to jail. Rachel McDaniel, head of the family, claims to have seen the fin of a shark! One year after the events of the second film at Black Lake, in Aroostook County, Maine, young couple April and Jason go skinny dipping and are attacked and eaten by a group of baby crocodiles.
