The cast includes Indrajith Sukumaran, Murali Gopy, Saiju Kurup, Anumol, Sreejith Ravi, Anusree and Mythili. The film was produced by director Arun Kumar Aravind under the banner of Karmayug Movies. Award-winning cinematographer Shehnad Jalal, Shambu’s classmate from SRFTII, cranked the camera, while Bijibal scored the background music.
Vedivazhipadu depicts the events in a time frame of 24 hours on the Pongala festival day at the Attukal Temple. The film mired in controversy as the Censor Board had issues with the content and denied a censor certificate. It was later given an Adults Only Certificate by the Censor Board and released on December 12, 2013.
Synopsis
Vedivazhipadu describe the events in a time frame of 24 hours on the Pongala festival day at the Attukal Temple. Three friends, Sanjay (Saiju Kurup), Pradeep (Sreejith Ravi) and Rahul (Murali Gopy), have made secret plans for the day when their wives will be away attending the festival. Sanjay, who is a cashier in a bank, is married to Rashmi (Anusree), a bold and outgoing TV journalist who is a star in her own right. She has been covering the Pongala live for her channel. It does not take us long to guess who is the boss here. Pradeep is an investor in stocks and does his business with the help of stockbroker Joseph (Indrajith). Pradeep is married to Vidya (Mythili), a French teacher. They are mismatched, as he looks rustic and she is sophisticated. Rahul is a geeky video games tester working from home. He is married to Radhika (Anjana), a docile housewife. On the said day, the friends gather in Rahul’s apartment. They have booze and a woman (Anumol) and plans to enjoy themselves.Actors

Radhakrishnan (Dileep) is dysfunctionally brought up like a girl by his grandmother (Sukumari) who wanted a granddaughter. There by, he becomes effeminate and milquetoast. She calls him Radha, which becomes his nickname. Radha's father Divakaran (Lal) goes to jail for a murder that he accidentally commits. Radha is ridiculed among the people in the village but he is not worried and spends time with the girls singing and teaches dancing. His best friend is Malu (Gopika) who is wooed by Kumaran (Indrajith), a local money lender and the son of the man whom Radha’s father had killed.

In 1958 the Merlin law made brothels illegal in Italy. Adua, Lolita, Marilina and Millie are four prostitutes whose brothel in Rome is shut down. Under Adua's leadership, they pool their savings, 500,000 lire apiece, to open a restaurant on the outskirts of Rome. They buy a run-down building, and hire workmen to fix it up, but when they apply to open the restaurant, their permit is rejected because of their history of prostitution. One of Adua's former customers, Ercoli, agrees to buy the building, use his connections, and get the permit in his name, but he expects them to run the restaurant as a front and work as a brothel on the upper floors, in return for a rent of 1 million lire a month.

Le film débute par la sortie de prison de Paul, condamné à quatre mois de prison à la place de son ami Julius. Afin de changer les idées de Paul, Julius décide de l'emmener à Saint-Tropez.
