Vijayan was the film's editor. The film, produced by AVM Productions and distributed by Sun Pictures, was launched in February 2009 and the shooting for the film commenced the following month.The film revolves around a youngster who aims to be a cop just like a local police commissioner whom he idolizes, but during the process he is stopped by the evil done to his friends by a local mobster. The film's soundtrack, composed by Vijay Antony,was released in September 2009. This film was dubbed in Hindi as Dangerous Khiladi 3 and Telegu as Puli Veta.
Synopsis
Ravi (Vijay) lives in Tuticorin. He aspires to become a policeman like his role model, Encounter Specialist Devaraj IPS (Srihari). After completing his Plus 2, he joins a college in Chennai and also earns a living by driving an auto rickshaw. During the course, he meets Suseela (Anushka Shetty) and falls in love with her instantly. Although Suseela rejects Ravi's advances at first, with the help of her grandmother (Sukumari), Ravi succeeds in winning Suseela's heart.Actors

Shirdi Sai (Nagarjuna) appears in Shirdi at an early age and disappears. He goes to the Himalayas and returns to Shirdi after a gap of 9 years. He chooses a dilapidated mosque as his abode. Amazed by his presence and miracles, the local people start calling him Sai Baba. He kept helping people around and spreading communal harmony by saying that there is only one God. Certain local people are suspicious of Sai Baba after they learn about his greatness over a period of time. The rest of the story is all about what Sai Baba did to make Shirdi the only pilgrimage for people of all religions and about he entering Samadhi.

This story is all about an ambitious boy named Seenu (Ravi Teja) who dreams of becoming a don. He always likes to be called as ‘Don’ Seenu since childhood due to the strong influence of the Amitabh Bachchan starrer ‘Don’. Aadhavan (Suriya) is a professional assassin working with his father Ibrahim Rowther (Sayaji Shinde) and brother Tharani (Anand Babu). Doctor Abdul Kulkarni(Rahul Dev) hires Aadhavan to kill prominent Judge Subramaniam (Murali), since he is handling the inquiry and verdict on Abdul's child kidnapping, murder and organ trafficking cases in Kolkata. Venkat Ramakrishnan (Srikanth), Sevarkodi Senthil (Jiiva) and Panchavan Parivendan aka Pari (Vijay) are three first year engineering students who share a room in the hostel of Ideal Engineering College (IEC), Chennai. Venkat studies engineering to pursue his father's wishes over his own wish – to become a wildlife photographer, while Senthil studies engineering to get his family out of poverty. Pari, on the other hand, studies engineering for his simple passion for machines and devices. He believes that one should follow excellence, not success, as success will take care of itself if excellence is followed. Athili Sathi Babu (Ravi Teja) is a small-time thief and crook who is crazy about acts of daredevilry who falls in love with Neeraja (Anushka Shetty) who is in Hyderabad to attend a marriage.
