Synopsis
Mike et Ingrid sont un frère et une sœur dont les parents ont été tués par des malfaiteurs. Les deux héros, encore enfants, sont recueillis par Sam, un Américain. Une fois adulte, Mike et Ingrid travaillent avec Sam au sein d'un trafic de diamants en Turquie. En guise de couverture, Ingrid est la secrétaire du patron d'une mine de diamants, dans laquelle les ouvriers de la mine déterrent un jour le légendaire « White Fire », le plus gros diamant du monde. Ingrid et Mike - ce dernier étant quelque peu amoureux de sa sœur - décident alors de comploter pour voler le White Fire. Mais Ingrid est tuée par une bande rivale. Mike, d'abord désespéré, décide ensuite de mener à bien le vol du White Fire. Il recrute Olga, une jeune femme qu'il entraîne et transforme en sosie d'Ingrid à l'aide de la chirurgie esthétique, afin d'infiltrer la mine en se faisant passer pour sa sœur décédée. Mike et Olga deviennent amants.Actors

The Rider arrives on his advanced motorcycle with its artificial intelligence computer Einstein. He crashes but manages to pass through the 'wall of illusion' and is found and brought back to health by the Enlightened Elders. They have chosen him to lead their fight against the evil Omega, an Orwellian state run by the evil Prossor. The Elders are allied with the resistance movement, the Outsiders. The film begins in Vietnam, opening with a dramatic shot of a huge explosion propelling a U.S. soldier through the air. The soldier is revealed to be the film's protagonist, John Eastland (Robert Ginty) who is quickly assisted by fellow soldier and best friend Michael Jefferson (Steve James). Both men, along with several other U.S. soldiers are quickly captured by the Viet Cong. The film cuts to an open-air VC camp where we next see the soldiers tied to wooden stakes in the ground. The VC commander demands information on when a U.S. strike is going to occur. Eastland refuses to answer and the commander slowly decapitates one of his fellow soldiers. Jefferson manages to get free and quickly slaughters the Vietnamese soldiers.

The movie opens to a narration detailing the poor economic state of a gang-ridden Gary. The narrator explains to the audience of how the city came into such a state. After the opening narrative, the scene switches to the base of operations for the Rebels, a local street gang, and a one-on-one basketball game between a Rebel gang member and a local boy named Kenny Thompson. Kenny humiliates the Rebel by winning and taking the gambled winnings for his own. After he leaves, Spyro, the current co-leader of the Rebels (opposite Damien) is under the impression that Kenny's skills are something more than "something he picked up." He instructs his lieutenant, Kayo, to exact retribution on Kenny for being hustled.
