Lucy Pevensie est la dernière des quatre enfants Pevensie qui font partie des personnages principaux de la série de romans écrits par Clive Staples Lewis: Le Monde de Narnia. Elle apparait dans cinq des sept tomes: Le Lion, la Sorcière blanche et l'Armoire magique, Le Cheval et son écuyer, Le Prince Caspian, L'Odyssée du Passeur d'Aurore et la Dernière Bataille. Biography
Lucy est née en 1932. Elle a deux ans d'écart avec son frère, Edmund. Dans Le Lion, la Sorcière blanche et l'Armoire magique, Lucy a environ 8-9 ans. Lors de La Dernière Bataille, Lucy a environ 17 ans.Dans le premier tome, c'est elle qui découvre le passage qui mène à Narnia, dans une armoire magique.
Dans le deuxième tome, Lucy est une des reines de Narnia connue sous le nom de Lucy la Vaillante.
Son caractère la rend particulièrement aimable : son cœur est plein de confiance et d'amour, et elle a beaucoup d'affection pour Aslan.
Dans les films réalisés par Walt Disney Pictures et 20th Century Fox, Lucy Pevensie est interprétée par l'actrice britannique Georgie Henley. Cette dernière montre à l'écran une Lucy brune, alors que dans les romans, Lucy est blonde. L'explication officieuse semble être que le personnage de Lucy a été directement inspirée à C.S. Lewis par sa nièce, seule elle pouvait être la « parfaite » et réelle Lucy.

Three Narnian years after the events of Prince Caspian, Lucy and Edmund Pevensie are staying with their irritating bookworm cousin Eustace Scrubb until the war is over. Edmund is still too young to enlist in His Majesty's Armed Forces. At their cousin's home a painting of a ship on the ocean transports Lucy, Edmund and Eustace into an ocean in Narnia.

1,300 Narnian years after the Pevensie siblings left, Caspian, a Telmarine prince and heir to the throne, is informed by mentor Doctor Cornelius that his uncle, Miraz, is plotting to kill him and seize the throne for himself and his newborn heir. Cornelius gives him Queen Susan's ancient magical horn, instructing him to blow it only at his greatest need. Caspian flees into the woods where he encounters two Narnian dwarfs, Trumpkin and Nikabrik, and a talking badger named Trufflehunter, and blows the horn to summon help.

Lucy (Jayma Mays) finds that her adoptive father (David Carradine), a museum curator, has been attacked by Silas (Kevin Hart). Before dying, he gives clues which lead her to a "Golden Ticket" in a vending machine candy bar. Edward (Kal Penn) is training at a Mexican monastery to be a monk. Ignacio (Jareb Dauplaise) becomes enraged at Edward's displeasure at the living conditions and has him beaten and thrown out the window. On the way Edward grabs a Monk's "Golden Ticket". Next, the film introduces Susan (Faune Chambers). She is going to Namibia to meet her new adoptive parents. While she orders water, snakes come out and hijack the plane. Samuel L. Jackson (James Walker, Sr.) pops up and starts repeatedly saying "I have had it with these goddamn snakes on this goddamn plane!" and he throws Susan out of the plane so that she would be safe. Susan accidentally falls on Paris Hilton and finds her "Golden Ticket" in Paris' purse. Then the film introduces Peter (Adam Campbell), a mutant, a student at Mutant Academy, who is often teased for his chicken-like wings. One day he asks Mystique (Carmen Electra) to come with him to the homecoming dance, but he ends up bullied by Mystique's jealous boyfriend, Wolverine (Vince Vieluf), and the Headmaster, Magneto (Jim Piddock). As Magneto wills a locker door to open and knock Peter to the ground, another student's "Golden Ticket" falls onto Peter's chest.

In the London suburb of Finchley, the Pevensie children, Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy, are endangered by a Second World War attack of German bombers. They are then evacuated to the country home of Professor Digory Kirke, who is not accustomed to having children in his house, as Mrs Macready, the strict housekeeper, explains.
