Andrew Jordt "Andy" Robinson (born February 14, 1942) is an American actor and director of the Master of Fine Arts acting program at the University of Southern California.
Originally a stage actor, he works predominantly in supporting roles on television and in low-budget films. He is best known for his role as the serial killer Scorpio in the crime film Dirty Harry (1971), the role of Larry Cotton in the horror film Hellraiser (1987), and starring as Elim Garak on the science fiction television series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (1993–1999). He and wife Irene have a daughter, actress Rachel Robinson, who appeared in Deep Space Nine.

In 1961 the freshman class of Westwood High School in Los Angeles is profiled in Look magazine. In the article they are called the future of the country. Now it's four years later, and that class is experiencing their last day of school. That night, they all meet at the local teenage hangout, "Pop's Paradise Café". Eight years after the events of Child's Play 2, The Play Pals (Good Guys) has recovered from bad publicity arising from Chucky's (Brad Dourif) murder spree. A man is discovered breaking into his own jewelery shop in the dead of night. Questioned closely, it is discovered that his wife is being held hostage at their home by Steve, a brutal extortionist who demands the diamonds in the shop's safe in exchange for the woman's life. An armed gunman causes a hostage situation at a Los Angeles grocery store. When negotiations between him and the law fail, Marion Cobretti (codenamed "Cobra"), a member of an elite division of the Los Angeles Police Department known as the "Zombie Squad", is summoned to the scene. In 1978 Azusa, California, Rocky Dennis (Eric Stoltz), who suffers from a skull deformity, is accepted without question by his freewheeling biker mother's boyfriends, his "extended motorcycle family," and his maternal grandparents, who share his love of baseball card collecting; but is treated with fear, pity, awkwardness, and teasing by those unaware of his humanity, humor, and intelligence. The film opens with 15-year-old Susan Bower on an alcohol and drug-fueled joyride with her boyfriend Ricky and two other friends, then intercuts to testimony from teenage and pre-teen addicts in a drug rehabilitation program run by Dr. Royce, who is then shown questioning the kids about the extent of their addictions. While foolishly attempting to drive with his eyes closed and both hands off the steering wheel, Ricky loses control of the car, causing it to skid on its side before overturning and landing all his passengers in the hospital (although ironically, Ricky himself emerges from the wreck unharmed). Once there, the presence of alcohol and drugs in Susan's bloodstream and urine is revealed, much to the shock of her parents (Helen and Frank, the latter a respected surgeon) and younger sister Kelly.
