Benaf Dadachanji (born August 17, 1987) is an Indian actress, working in Hindi television. She received three Star Parivaar Awards for portraying the role of Radhika "Baby" Thakkar, a physically handicapped young girl, in the popular TV series Baa Bahoo Aur Baby. Born in Mumbai, she did her schooling from St. Anne's High School and is a graduate of Mithibai College in Mumbai.

Benaf started her career with various advertisements. In 1995, she appeared in Santosh Sivan directed Hindi film Halo as Shasha and then in the 1998 film China Gate as Lali. For her performance in Halo, she received Special Jury Award at the 43rd National Film Awards. The jury presented the certificate award for "her charming and natural performance". She later started her career in Hindi television industry playing various roles in soaps like Baa Bahu aur Baby, Jhansi Ki Rani and Choti Bahu 2. Since May 2012 she appears as Paulomi in Byah Hamari Bahu Ka.

Living in a middle class orthodox family of Old Hyderabad, Bilqis Ahmed aka Bobby (Vidya Balan) is a wannabe private detective. To pursue her passion of spying, Bobby solves petty neighbourhood cases. Such as helping Tasawur (Ali Fazal) a TV show host, to get rid of marriage proposals brought home by his parents. Bobby finally gets her big break when a rich NRI Anees Khan (Kiran Kumar) hands her a case of finding two missing girls named 'Nilofer' and 'Amna' with a birth mark on their hand and shoulder, respectively. To solve the case, Bobby takes up many get-ups such as 'beggar', 'peon', 'hawker', 'nerd student', 'astrologer' and even a fake ' TV producer'. After locating the targets, Khan pays her a tremendous fee and also offers huge amount of money to both girl's fathers for reasons unknown to Bobby. Khan also hands over his 3rd and final case of finding a boy with a missing toe named 'Ali'.

Halo revolves around a seven-year-old girl, Sasha (Benaf Dadachandji), who is in quest of her lost puppy. Having lost her mother in childhood, she yearns for mother’s love and always feels lonely even though, there is a doting father in Rajkumar Santoshi. During vacation, when all other kids are busy playing, she sits silently and doesn’t even eat properly. So, the gluttonous servant fabricates a story that a miracle will happen in form of a Halo. There comes a street dog and Sasha believes it to be the miracle, the God sent Halo. She adopts it and names it Halo. Now her life revolves around it. She sleeps, she drinks, she eats with it. Her father doesn’t object. One day Halo is lost. Sasha is terribly upset. The quest of her lost puppy takes her through the terrifying streets of Mumbai to the neurotic editor of a newspaper, for smuggling, a police commissioner (Mukesh Rishi) and a colorful gang of street urchins.
