Inspired by Zhang Ling's essay, The Great Tangshan Earthquake, Riingo's latest offering, Na Hanaytte, which means it never dies, is a poignant tale of a woman, Jui, who is caught in a situation where she could save only one of her kids and leave the other to die. Being a mother, Jui could never forgive herself for having to choose between her two children — Ratan and Shiuli. But life goes on... years go by... The film is about relationships and how they gradually change in times of crisis.

After graduating from UCLA Kaju goes to India to visit her relatives. The movie is about a 40-year-old married woman, Paroma (Raakhee) whose identity lies in the words like 'bahu (the daughter-in-law)' 'kaki maa (paternal aunt)' 'bhabhi (brother's wife)'! Her well-settled, very normal and predictable life turns upside down when Rahul (Mukul Sharma), an expatriate photo-journalist working for a magazine chooses her to pose for an photo essay, 'An Indian Housewife'. It begins with a simple question, "What do you think, Paroma?".
