Craig Alpert is an American film editor. Alpert began his career as an assistant editor at Pixar Animation Studios, where he worked on films such as Toy Story 2. He then worked as an assistant editor on The Matrix Reloaded, Hulk, Meet the Fockers, and as an additional editor on The 40 Year Old Virgin, and Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby. Alpert has since gone on to edit several high-profile comedy films.

Stacie est enceinte d'une fille de 8 mois et ne peut donc pas venir, c'est Emily qui prend sa place. Pendant le USO, le père d'Amy la baleine kidnappe les bellas ; Amy et Beca sont épargnées, et parviennent à délivrer les autres en provoquant un incendie sur le yacht où les Bellas sont retenues. Ce n'est pas le groupe entier des Bellas, mais seulement Beca qui est sélectionnée pour faire la première partie de DJ Khaled ; elle commence son solo, puis convie le groupe de filles sur scène pour chanter "Freedom 90".

Three years after the events of Pitch Perfect, the Barden Bellas are now led by Beca Mitchell (Anna Kendrick) and three-time super senior Chloe Beale (Brittany Snow). Over those three years, with their new modern sound, the Bellas have been ICCA champions for three years in a row. However, their performance at President Obama's birthday gala disastrously ends when Fat Amy's (Rebel Wilson) airlifting solo goes awry causes a nationwide scandal, being named Muffgate. Because of this, they are suspended from competing in the ICCAs and aren't allowed to hold auditions for new members. Beca makes a deal to allow the Bellas to be reinstated if they win the 2015 World Championship of A Capella in the spring of Copenhagen, in which a capella announcers John Smith (John Michael Higgins) and Gail Abernathy (Elizabeth Banks) mockingly accept because the American team at the Worlds have never won one.

Dale Denton (Seth Rogen) is a 25-year-old process server and habitual pot smoker. He makes a visit to the home of his drug dealer, Saul Silver (James Franco), to buy weed. Saul tells him that he may already know the identity of Dale's next service, Ted Jones (Gary Cole). Dale drives to Ted's house and witnesses Ted and a cop, Officer Carol Brazier (Rosie Perez), shoot an Asian man to death. Dale panics and flees the area, but leaves his roach at the scene which contains a rare strain of marijuana called Pineapple Express.
