Dave Florek (born May 19, 1953) is an American actor. Florek is the brother of actor Dann Florek. He is known for playing Mr. Chopsaw, the wood shop teacher, in the Nickelodeon sitcom Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide. He also portrayed Coach Smiley on Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and appeared in one episode of Married ... With Children and one episode of The King of Queens. He also appeared in an episode of The Amanda Show as a man trying to mow the stage with a lawnmower. He also played Vic on the sitcom Grace Under Fire.

A centuries long war between humans and vampires has devastated the planet's surface and led to a theocracy under an organization called The Church. In a prologue set in 1976, American epidemiologist Don Francis arrives in a village on the banks of the Ebola River in Zaire and discovers many of the residents and the doctor working with them have died from a mysterious illness later identified as Ebola hemorrhagic fever.
