The film starts after the intro of the cast and crew when Kendall, James, Carlos, and Logan are on their plane ride to London, their first stop for their tour. It is also so happens that Gustavo, Kelly, Katie, and Mrs. Knight come with them aboard on the ride. Still on the plane for a long time, Carlos meanwhile has a dream about Big Time Rush being secret spy agents, saving the world from a white-coloured suit tuxedo guy, and also including rescuing a Princess from a Castle and a lot more things that Carlos dreams about. Carlos ends up waking up and explaining to Kendall, James, and Logan about his spy dream, and the boys don't seem to believe in the dream.

Three years after her husband died, Emily Spengler (Faith Ford), a 2nd grade teacher in the small Washington town of South Woodbourne is preparing for the arrival of her daughter, Heather (Emma Lahana), who is attending school at Boston College. When she comes to find out that her daughter wishes to do other things for Christmas, she calls her friend, Faith Kerrigan (Gabrielle Miller), for advice. Faith is a divorced event planner based in San Francisco. Meanwhile, in Boston, Charles Johnson (Tom Cavanagh), an English professor and writer is working on the finishing draft for his latest novel.
