Flora Saini is an Indian film actress and model. She predominantly works in Telugu film industry, but has appeared in a number of Kannada, Tamil and Hindi productions as well. Since her debut in Prema Kosam (1999), she has acted in over 50 films and co-starred with noted actors including Rajinikanth, Vijaykanth, Prabhu, Karthik, Balakrishna, Venkatesh, Jagapati Babu and Rajasekhar.

The story carries on from the previous film— Inspector Chulbul Pandey (Salman Khan)— in charge of a local police station in Kanpur and resides there with his wife Rajjo (Sonakshi Sinha), brother Makkhi (Arbaaz Khan) and stepfather (Vinod Khanna). A boy gets kidnapped from a school therefore Chulbul deals with the problem. In Kanpur, an assassin murders a witness who is about to testify against a dreaded don. Chulbul tracks the assassin down, killing him at a coffeehouse. The don is Bachcha (Prakash Raj), a struggling politician. After several public altercations, Bachcha's brother Genda (Deepak Dobriyal) convinces him to get rid of Pandey, threatening Chulbul's stepfather to kill his entire family if Chulbul keeps on interfering in Bachcha's criminal activities.

Gowri Shankar (Jagapathi Babu) is a circle inspector of Punjagutta and is known as a heavy corrupt police officer. Rangarao (Jeeva) is his assistant and his daughter Sindhu (Vimala Raman) is an aerobics, teacher. Once, two sons of a big industrialist (Prasad Babu) kill two girls for not accepting their love by pouring acid on them. Soon, the two get killed by some unidentified person in the same fashion. The industrialist uses his political influence and gets the case investigated by the CB-CID. The police commissioner (Chalapathi Rao) calls Gowri and tells him to hand over all the evidence to the CB-CID officer (Murali Sharma). Even as the CID officer is investigating, another two persons get murdered in the same fashion. The CID officer makes an in-depth study into the case and finally comes to the conclusion that it is Gowri, who is behind these murders. At this juncture, Gowri leaves for Mumbai and kills some gangsters who were kidnapping and selling young girls and exporting them to other countries. After he kills all the gangsters, the Mumbai police arrest him and keeps him in a jail, where an international terrorist Kasab from Pakistan was placed. The CBI officer gets a doubt and warns the jailer that Gowri intentionally surrendered to the police as he wanted to kill Kasab. What happens next should be seen on-screen.

The movie begins with Jeeva (Prabhu), running away from his village to Chennai fearing a possible marriage with the daughter of a local chieftain (Radharavi), arranged by his father. As they are directing the shoot standing on a dingy on a fast moving river, the dingy cuts loose and both Abby and Maxi are swept away by the strong currents and somehow manage to swim ashore together and it is here they realize that they do like each other.

There are two neighboring villages in Rayalaseema. Goons head one village and Raghupati Naidu (K Vishwanath) is heading another village. As Raghupati Naidu is peace-loving, his village is dogged by the misdeeds of goons from the neighboring village. In order to save the future of his village, Raghupati Naidu asks one male kid from each family to be given for the purpose of saving the village. Raghupati Naidu selected his fourth son Narasimha Naidu as his family's contribution towards the security of the village. All these kids will be trained and prepared to protect the village. After 15 years, Anjali (Preeti Jhangiani), the niece of Jaya Prakash, who happens to be from the goons' village who later settled in another village. Narasimha Naidu sets up a naatya ashram to teach classical dance to the students. Anjali falls in love with Narasimha Naidu at the first sight.
