The film starts off with a bank robbery, which involves 2 thieves stealing 2 crores from the local bank. However, they have a misunderstanding on talking about if they should give the money to their boss or run away with it. They both hold a gun point blank at each other. The film then switches to the story of Chandu and his friends. They are small time happy go lucky con-men with good hearts. They are also in league with a corrupt cop, Richard who demands a cut in everything they do in return for keeping them out of the cops' radar.

The story starts off in Mumbai with Chota Nayak (Kabir Duhan Singh) escaping from police custody. Once out, he looks out for his aide-turned-foe Ranganath (Brahmaji). Jai (Gopichand) is a fire officer who happens to help Ranganath, not knowing that the latter is the former right-hand man of Mumbai don Nayak. He turns informer and runs away with the money of Nayak. Nayak suspects Jai to be an accomplice of Ranganath and starts troubling him. This brings them to Hyderabad where he meets Savitri (Rashi Khanna) and it is love at first sight for both. Just as their romance begins, Nayak traces Jai and from then on it is open war between them. Nayak threatens to kill whoever is close to Jay and he keeps his word. He kills Jai's uncle in a fire accident after which Jai kills Nayak's brother. After which, Jai send his family far away to keep them safe but Savithri, unaware of Nayak's presence, talks to him openly. Nayak then captures Savithri and threatens to kill her if Jai does not handover the money. Jai comes to realization as to where the money is and rifles through Ranganath's jacket where he finds a book containing the bank account and password where the money is located. Jai calls Nayak and they meet at a deserted market for the exchange but it goes wrong when a police officer tries killing Nayak and Jai saves Nayak to the dismay of the police officer. Meanwhile Nayak gains access to the bank account and sees it to be empty. All the money had been transferred to the dying Savithri's account. Nayak tries reviving Savithri in a building under construction. Jai arrives and sets fire to the building. After which there is a bloody and violent battle between Nayak and Jai.

The film opens in a hospital at Mumbai, where Bose (Nandamuri Balakrishna) coming back to life after staying in a coma for eighteen months. As soon as he recovers, Bose is identified as Godse by everyone around him and he is surprised when an elderly couple, (Chandra Mohan & Jaya Sudha), claim to be his parents. The rest of this movie deals with why the CM wanted Bose alive and why did he set up him with a new identity? Bose, a sincere and powerful CBI Officer on a mission to crack the suspicious death of former Chief Minister of State Achyuta Ramayya (Vijay Kumar). Bose learns that influential person, sitting CM Bharadwaj is behind the death of former CM and tries to prove him of guilty. Which forms the rest are the obstacles created by Bharadwaj and how Bose overcome them.

Radha Mohan and Krishna Veni are a couple leading a miserable marital life due to several misunderstandings and decide to apply for divorce. They die on 14 February 1983 at 10:20 AM near a clock tower on their way to the lawyer's office. Their son, Nageswara Rao, becomes a rich and influential businessman and happens to come across his parents' lookalikes, Nagarjuna and Priya. After befriending them, Rao decides to re-establish them as a couple but is shocked when Nagarjuna introduces his lover, Prema. Rao manages to dissolve the relationship with the help of his personal adviser, Girish Karnad. Unaware of this, Nagarjuna swears not to fall in love with anyone. At the same clock tower, Rao meets Dr. Anjali and falls in love with her at first sight. He helps her in admitting an injured old man to a nearby hospital and donates his blood. Krishna (Nandamuri Balakrishna) lives in Dubai while his family is in India. His grandmother is against him who settled in India. Krishna falls for Sneha (Sonal Chauhan) and comes to India to seek the blessings of his grandmother. Jitender (Jagapati Babu) is a man with pride and haughtiness. He cannot tolerate anyone who comes across his way. Once, he goes to a nearby village for a marriage proposal to him. There he gets involved in a quarrel with the village headman (Suman) due to some unfortunate events and gets jailed. From then onwards, he tries to take revenge on that family. When Krishna and his family members are traveling in a bus to visit a temple Jitender's hitmen shoot Krishna and his family members are beaten badly by his henchmen. Krishna's elder brother Jai Dev The Legend (Nandamuri Balakrishna) who remained exiled obeying his grandmother, saves them and Krishna is admitted in a hospital. Then the past is revealed that twenty years back there was a quarrel between Jai Dev and Jitender in which Jai Dev's cousin (Radhika Apte) whom he loved was killed by Jitender. At present, he comes to know that Jitender is going to become Chief Minister of the state.How he stops Jitender from claiming this throne forms the rest of the story.

Karthik is a rich post graduate from ISB who completes his studies and comes back to India after a world tour. One fine day, he spots Nandana and falls head over heels for her. Bhai (Akkineni Nagarjuna) is the most skilled and trusted enforcer of a Hong Kong-based Don, named David (Ashish Vidyarthi). David is heavily dependent on Bhai for his day-to-day operations and this is resented by David’s sons, James (Sonu Sood) and Tony (Ajay). David sends Bhai to Hyderabad, to finish off an undercover police officer who is disrupting the mafia operations in the city. In the due course, Bhai bumps into Radhika (Richa Gangopadhyay), a horticulturist who falls in love with Bhai after few incidents. However, Bhai never accepts her proposal. Bhai begins hunting down the undercover officer and uncovers his identity. The cop is none other than Arjun (Prasanna) and Bhai decides to finish him off. On the day of the trial, Bhai finds out that Arjun is his brother after seeing his father Raghava along with Arjun. He drops the plan and tries to walk out from the place. But the visuals of Bhai aiming Arjun with a gun are recorded about which Bhai is not aware of. However, Arjun is attacked by a few disguised armed men and all of them are killed by Arjun. Much to the shock of Bhai, one of the deceased is Tony, who sets out to India on the suggestion of James in order to kill Arjun and gain David's appreciation. David is taken aback after realizing the truth and is hell bent on killing Arjun.

Rajaram (Venkatesh) is the son of Raghuram (Naga Babu), an investigative journalist in a United Nations agency. He infiltrates the criminal organization of Nana Bhai (Aditya Pancholi) and earns his trust. He gathers proof against the activities of Nana and hands them over to newspaper publisher Chaitanya Prasad alias CP (Sayaji Shinde). This is discovered by Nana Bhai and he murders Raghuram in an exceedingly brutal manner. He additionally destroys Raghuram's family. Rajaram manages to flee from the Massacre and vows to get revenge on Nana. With the assistance of Baba (Nassar), Rajaram grows up to be a strong young man. He assumes the identity of Shadow and starts looking for members of Nana's gang. Meanwhile, Prathap (Srikanth), a tricky cop in UN agency, is also searching for Nana Bhai and his gang. As expected, the methods of Rajaram and Prathap cross resulting in friction. However, Rajaram soon learns that he has a terribly sturdy association with Prathap. At last he manages to reach Nana Bhai and destroys him.
