Franklin Nathaniel "Frankie" "Biff" Jonas (born September 28, 2000) is an American actor, who had a recurring role on the Disney Channel sitcom, Jonas L.A.. His older brothers - Kevin, Joe, and Nick - were in the pop rock group the Jonas Brothers. He starred in his first solo role without his brothers in Ponyo, alongside Noah Cyrus.
He currently resides in Southlake, TX, a suburb of Dallas.

Frankie is the son of Denise and Paul Kevin Jonas Sr. and the younger brother of Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas. Jonas is sometimes referred to as the "Bonus Biff Jonas," and "Frank the Biff Tank". He is of Italian (from a maternal great-grandfather), German, Cherokee, English, Irish, Scottish, and French-Canadian descent.He currently resides in Southlake, TX, a suburb of Dallas.

Trained in the skills of sea power, Pi the fish can fight a shark, sink a squid or batter any random predator that ever threatens his friends and neighbors on the reef. The Buddies, are on a school trip to Warwick's mansion with their owners, Alice, Billy, Pete, Sam and Bartleby. When the class go to the graveyard to see Pip's memorial stone, Billy finds himself scared of the appearance of the gravedigger, Mr. Johnston. Overhearing that the legend says that if you say 'Halloween Hound' three times in front of Warwick's portal/mirror, you would release the Halloween Hound, B-Dawg, who is a "scaredy cat" tries to overcome his fear by doing the legend. Pip the ghost puppy tries to warn the Buddies, but B-Dawg is terrified by Pip's ghost and accidentally completes the reciting. B-Dawg's owner, Billy hasn't come up with his Halloween projects and decides to do Warwick the Warlock. With the help of Sheriff Dan, Billy borrows Warwick's evidence file and staff. Billy's mum, Janice buys Billy his costume for trick or treating which is a Christmas Story-esque bunny suit, having had misheard him saying, "Hip Hop Rabbit," when he meant "Hip Hop Rapper." Billy goes as Warwick the Warlock and humiliates B-dawg in the bunny outfit. Billy meets up with his friends and the Buddies and they go trick or treating.

One year after the events of the first film, Mitchie Torres and her mother Connie are going to Camp Rock for another summer camp year. Brunhilde is a fish-girl who lives with her father Fujimoto, a once-human wizard/scientist who now lives underwater, along with her numerous smaller sisters. One day, while she and her siblings are on an outing with their father in his four-flippered submarine, Brunhilde sneaks off and floats away on the back of a jellyfish. After an encounter with a fishing trawler (the net of which is scraping the trash-strewn bottom of the harbor), she ends up stuck in a glass jar. She drifts to the shore of a small fishing town and is found and rescued by a small boy named Sōsuke. Shattering the jar open with a nearby rock, Sōsuke cuts his finger in the process. Brunhilde licks his wound when he picks her up and the wound heals almost instantly, much to his surprise. After taking a great liking to her, and thinking her merely a goldfish, Sōsuke renames her Ponyo and promises to protect her forever. Meanwhile, a distraught Fujimoto searches frantically for his taken daughter. Because of his own bad memories of the human world, he believes that Sōsuke has kidnapped her and is in great danger, he calls his wave spirits to recover her. After the wave spirits retrieve Ponyo from Sōsuke, he is heartbroken. He goes home with his mother, Lisa, who tries to cheer him up, to no avail.
