Doucette has appeared in over 92 films and television series which include Bedazzled, That '70s Show, Malcolm in the Middle, Murphy Brown, Invasion, Gilmore Girls, Two Idiots in Hollywood, Desperate Housewives, Newhart, Little House on the Prairie, Anger Management, Highway To Heaven and Carnivàle.
He also played the main antagonist in the Bollywood film Hisss, and played the role of the panicky bladder in the Disney World attraction Cranium Command.
He is married to Saba Moor, and has one daughter from a previous marriage.
He attended Lewis College in Romeoville, Illinois.

Adam, un jeune garçon, vit seul avec sa mère. Il découvre un jour des indices sur son père disparu et décide de découvrir ses origines. Adam part à la recherche de réponses et découvre que son père n'est autre que le Bigfoot. Il se découvre également des capacités surhumaines. C'est alors que des scientifiques capturent le Bigfoot. Adam et ses nouveaux amis, un pivert, un écureuil, deux ratons laveurs et un ours, partent à son secours. Commence alors une aventure. Ils entrent dans le laboratoire où est retenu le bigfoot. Entre-temps, les gardes découvrent qu'Adam est aussi un bigfoot. Ils préviennent leur patron qui décide de capturer Adam et de tuer son père en le faisant tomber d'une falaise. Adam parvient à se libérer, fait sauter le laboratoire et saute du pont pour sauver son père. Il le découvre sans vie. En pleurant à ses côtés, il découvre qu'il a la capacité de guérir et de sauver son père, qui finit par se réveiller. À partir de ce moment, Adam vit avec toute sa famille en compagnie de tous ses amis de la forêt qui l'aident à faire peur à trois garçons.

George States (Jeff Doucette) is suffering from the last stage of brain cancer and has only six months to live. To prevent death and gain immortality, he decides to extract the 'Nagmani' from a shape-shifting snake who can take human form, Nagin (Mallika Sherawat). He captures the nag (the male snake) so that the nagin (the female) comes after the capturer to free her lover, thus allowing him to obtain the nagmani by force. He keeps the nag in a glass box where he electrocutes and tortures him. His plan works and the nagin starts following him.

Danny Sloan (Dylan Purcell) is an art student who works in a record shop. He visits his friend Billy (Dov Tiefenbach), who is in drug rehab in hospital. Billy suggests Danny goes to see the "psycho ward" before he leaves, to see Byron Volpe (Patrick Kilpatrick), a serial killer kept in a padded cell after being convicted of murdering his wife Madeline (Sean Young) by hypnotizing her into jumping from a building. Volpe is explained to have extraordinary powers of hypnotism, and is kept restrained and hooded to stop hospital staff from seeing his eyes. During the visit, Danny sees Laura Baxter (Cherilyn Wilson) sleeping in the room next to Volpe. She suffers from a form of parasomnia in which she sleeps most of the time, and wakes occasionally for short periods of time.

The film starts with a framing device of psychologist Dr. Arnold (Patrick Bauchau) in a session with Karla Homolka (Laura Prepon) at Canada's Regional Psychiatric Centre in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Dr. Arnold's evaluation will determine Karla's eligibility for parole. During the session, Dr. Arnold shows Karla a photo album of herself and her husband Paul Bernardo (Misha Collins) in happier times, and Karla has a memory of how they first met. However, when Dr. Arnold introduces the subject of Karla's sister Tammy, Karla becomes uncooperative. Over the following weeks, Dr. Arnold probes Karla about her knowledge of Paul's secret life as a serial rapist, and it is revealed that shortly before their marriage Paul began to rape women.

The opening sequence takes the form of a computer simulation run by Satan to analyze souls and determine individual weaknesses to exploit and corrupt. The program finally settles on Elliot Richards (Brendan Fraser), a geeky, over-zealous man working a dead-end technical support job in a San Francisco computer company. He has no friends and his co-workers are always avoiding him. He has a crush on his colleague, Alison Gardner (Frances O'Connor), but lacks the courage to ask her out. Dr. Alan Feinstone is in the maximum security mental hospital he was sentenced to at the end of the first film. While talking to the facility's psychiatrist, he remembers the murders he committed in his own mind, while convincing the doctor that it was another man who did those things. His remorseful story distracts her from seeing him pull a sharpened tool that he stitched into his own leg, and he uses her as a hostage to escape the hospital. Alan's ex-wife Brooke is alive despite her missing tongue and inability to speak (She has since had new dental implants put in to replace all the teeth that Alan pulled out in the first film); she hires an investigator to find out where Alan has escaped to, believing that he had been putting away money before he went crazy. Brooke has in her possession some postcards that Alan had left behind, and she believes he is in one of those places.
