John Michael Higgins (born February 12, 1963) is an American actor and voice actor whose film credits include Christopher Guest's mockumentaries, the role of David Letterman in HBO's The Late Shift, and a starring role in the American version of Kath & Kim. He recently portrayed Peter Lovett in the TV Land original sitcom Happily Divorced, and provided the voice of Iknik Blackstone Varrick in The Legend of Korra.

Pendant le USO, le père d'Amy la baleine kidnappe les bellas ; Amy et Beca sont épargnées, et parviennent à délivrer les autres en provoquant un incendie sur le yacht où les Bellas sont retenues. Ce n'est pas le groupe entier des Bellas, mais seulement Beca qui est sélectionnée pour faire la première partie de DJ Khaled ; elle commence son solo, puis convie le groupe de filles sur scène pour chanter "Freedom 90".

Three years after the events of Pitch Perfect, the Barden Bellas are now led by Beca Mitchell (Anna Kendrick) and three-time super senior Chloe Beale (Brittany Snow). Over those three years, with their new modern sound, the Bellas have been ICCA champions for three years in a row. However, their performance at President Obama's birthday gala disastrously ends when Fat Amy's (Rebel Wilson) airlifting solo goes awry causes a nationwide scandal, being named Muffgate. Because of this, they are suspended from competing in the ICCAs and aren't allowed to hold auditions for new members. Beca makes a deal to allow the Bellas to be reinstated if they win the 2015 World Championship of A Capella in the spring of Copenhagen, in which a capella announcers John Smith (John Michael Higgins) and Gail Abernathy (Elizabeth Banks) mockingly accept because the American team at the Worlds have never won one.

Police Chief Jesse Stone (Tom Selleck) accepts a position as an unpaid consultant with the Boston Police force, working for Lt. Sydney Greenstreet (Leslie Hope) who gives him case files on several murders. After reviewing the files, Stone takes special interest in one case that involves the fourth victim of a brutal serial killer who slashed and disemboweled his victims while they were still alive. The jailed killer, a man named Richard and known as the "Boston Ripper" (Luke Perry), admits to the first three murders with pride, but maintains he did not commit the fourth murder. After interviewing the killer, Stone concludes that he's a "sick son of a bitch", but does not believe he killed the fourth victim, Mavis Davies.

In 1882, in the town of Old Stump, Arizona, a cowardly sheep farmer named Albert Stark (Seth MacFarlane) is dumped by his beloved girlfriend Louise (Amanda Seyfried) as a result of his withdrawal from a gunfight. He prepares to leave for San Francisco, believing that the frontier holds nothing for him. Meanwhile, infamous outlaw Clinch Leatherwood (Liam Neeson) robs and kills an old prospector (Matt Clark) for a gold nugget. He orders his right-hand man Lewis (Evan Jones) to escort his wife Anna (Charlize Theron) to Old Stump to lie low while he continues his banditry. Lewis and Anna arrive in Old Stump under the guise of two siblings intending to build a farm, but Lewis is arrested after shooting the Pastor's (John Aylward) son (Dylan Kenin) in a saloon. During the ensuing brawl, Albert saves Anna from being crushed by two of the brawlers, and the two become friends. Foy insults Albert, who angrily challenges Foy to a duel in a week's time.

Since winning the Wings Around the Globe race in the first film, Dusty Crophopper has a successful career as a racer. Unfortunately, his engine's gearbox becomes damaged due to being regularly forced over its limits. With that particular model of gearbox now out of production and none available anywhere, Dusty's mechanic Dottie fits a warning light to his control panel to ensure he doesn't damage his gearbox any further. No longer able to race and faced with the possibility of returning to his old job as a crop-duster, Dusty goes on a defiant flight and tests his limits. In doing so, Dusty exceeds his limits and makes a forced landing at Propwash Junction airport, causing a fire.
