Biography
Larry Hama naît le 7 juin 1949. Après son service militaire, il commence sa carrière dans les comics en occupant différents postes comme lettreur, scénariste ou assistant dessinateur sur des comic strips dont Sally Forth ou Canon. Il se tourne ensuite vers l'illustration pour des revues comme National Lampoon, Esquire ou Rolling Stone. En 1978, il devient rédacteur en chef chez DC Comics, mais reste peu de temps à ce poste et part pour Marvel Comics où il s'occupe du dessin sur plusieurs séries avant de devenir scénariste. Ainsi, en 1980 il est le scénariste de la série G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero. Il est par la suite scénariste sur Les Vengeurs, Wolverine, Venom, etc.Best films

In the near future, weapons master James McCullen (Christopher Eccleston) has created a nanotech-based weapon - nanomites designed to devour metal and other materials, capable of destroying anything from tanks to cities. The nanobots can only be stopped by activating the kill switch. His company M.A.R.S. (Military Armaments Research Syndicate) sells four warheads to NATO, and NATO troops led by American soldiers Duke (Channing Tatum) and Ripcord (Marlon Wayans) are tasked with delivering the warheads. Their convoy is ambushed by the Baroness (Sienna Miller), whom Duke recognizes to be his ex-fiancee Ana Lewis. Duke and Ripcord are rescued by Scarlett (Rachel Nichols), Snake Eyes (Ray Park), Breaker (Saïd Taghmaoui) and Heavy Duty (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje). They take the warheads to The Pit, G.I. Joe's command center in Egypt, and upon arriving rendezvous with the head of the G.I. Joe Team, General Hawk (Dennis Quaid). Hawk takes command of the warheads and excuses Duke and Ripcord, only to be convinced to let them join his group, after Duke reveals that he knows the Baroness.

The second movie in the Reel FX series has Cobra kidnapping the G.I. Joe commander General Hawk for nefarious purposes. Doctor Mindbender has invented a method to transform humans, into feral man-beasts that heed Cobra’s bidding. Mindbender calls the process "Venomization", wherein human DNA is fused with animal DNA. Cobra Commander’s plan is to brainwash and mutate Hawk into becoming the Venomized troops’ leader. Additionally, the Joe Team is in possession of a magnetic cannon, capable of delivering a cargo almost anywhere in the world, which is exactly the tool Cobra requires to Venomize the human population.

The plot revolves around G.I. Joe, America’s daring, highly trained special missions force. The Joes have just perfected a new technology: Mind Interface Remote Control (MIRC), which allows soldiers to flawlessly command vehicles from a safe distance. The title refers to the fact that the two opposing forces, the G.I. Joe Team and Cobra, make use of spies to achieve their objectives. Cobra sends Zartan, to infiltrate G.I. Joe headquarters posing as Shipwreck, and steal the MIRC technology. The Joes send Shipwreck and Snake Eyes to the enemy's camp, after learning about what happened. The Joes then organize an assault on Cobra Mountain and successfully regain the technology, destroying Cobra's base and chopper in the process.
