Lisa Ortiz (born December 11, 1974) is an American theatre and voice actress, best known for her roles in English anime adaptations. She is perhaps best known for the roles of the high-elf Deedlit in Record of Lodoss War, Lina Inverse in Slayers, and Tony Tony Chopper in the 4Kids dub of One Piece. Her extensive résumé also includes the role of Amy Rose in Sonic X, and Serenity Wheeler in Yu-Gi-Oh!. She has voiced Amy Rose in the Sonic the Hedgehog series of video games from Shadow the Hedgehog to 2010, as the successor to voice actress Jennifer Douillard, who voiced the character from Sonic Adventure to Sonic Advance 3. Living in New York City and frequently meeting people who speak other languages, Ortiz helps in creating the dialect voices for which she is well recognized. Ortiz holds a BFA in theatre from Hofstra University. She has appeared in titles for NYAV Post, 4Kids Entertainment, Central Park Media, Funimation Entertainment, Headline Studios, TAJ Productions, and DuArt Film and Video. At Katsucon 2002 in Baltimore, Maryland, Lisa admitted that her start in voice overs came from her brother stealing her car, which meant she was unable to attend a theater casting call for a show she'd been hoping to play a part in that day, however her agent suggested she attend a casting call near her home which was for Record of Lodoss War.

She is sometimes assumed to have been a cast member of the Canadian television show Fifteen, however, she confirmed in a podcast interview that she did not appear, and that it was actually another Lisa Ortiz.

Mewtwo, his heart having been softened by the selfless example of the human named Ash Ketchum back in his birthland in the eastern Kanto region, has now traveled to the western region of Johto in search of a location that is unreachable by the prying eyes and harsh judgments of humans for the sake of his band of cloned Pokémon, with whose welfare Mewtwo is solely concerned. He eventually finds the perfect hideaway: a huge mountain named Mt. Quena, surrounded by steep cliffs that are practically impossible to scale, but in its top is a forest and a freshwater lake that makes for a near-utopia for all the Bug Pokémon living there. This is a perfect fit for Mewtwo's band, so thus they settle in the top of Mt. Quena and begin a new, safe life, with Mewtwo watching over as their guardian, as he feels they cannot belong in the world as they were not born in it (Interestingly enough, he seems particularly close to the Pikachu and Meowth clones, possibly reflecting how important their templates were in his change of heart).

The film comes accompanied by a short mini-movie featuring Pikachu. In this mini-movie, Pikachu and his friends are left on a skyscraper in Big City by their trainers, who go off to prepare an unknown surprise for the Pokémon. Pikachu meets the Pichu Brothers, saving the younger one from falling off an opposite building. A group of Murkrow chase Pikachu off a flagpole, and he uses a group of Hoppip to reach the other side, sending Meowth who is window-cleaning, flying into a billboard. The Pichu Bros. assist Pikachu to return to his friends but they end up going on a journey across the city to the Pichu Bros' playground. On the way, they get chased by a Houndour who they later encounter again. The angry Houndour chases the three around until he nearly knocks the playground over. Pikachu, the Pichu Bros., Houndour and their assortment of friends manage to save the playground. Pikachu realizes it is nearly six o'clock and he must return to his friends before Ash, his trainer, does. Pikachu and the Pichu Bros. use a tire to get to the building, sending Meowth flying again. The three arrive in the nick of time, the Pichu Brothers departing. Ash, Misty and Brock arrive and take the Pokémon into a room where a party has been laid out for them in celebration of the first anniversary of Ash and Pikachu's meeting.
