Ryan Lewis (né le 25 mars 1988) est un producteur de musique, photographe, rappeur et DJ américain. Depuis le début de sa collaboration avec l'américain Macklemore, en 2008, il a produit, enregistré, réalisé et mixé toutes leurs musiques. Il a réalisé les clips musicaux "Same Love", "Thrift Shop", "And We Danced", "Otherside (Remix)" et "Can't Hold Us dépassant les 300 millions de vues sur Youtube.

Ryan Lewis est né le 25 mars 1988. Il a étudié au lycée de Spokane (Washington) et a obtenu son diplôme au Roosevelt High School de Seattle. Il a étudié à l'Université de Washington. Dès son plus jeune âge, il jouait de la guitare dans un groupe de rock. À l'âge de 15 ans, il se passionne pour la photographie et la production.Il est devenu photographe professionnel pour le rappeur Macklemore dès leurs rencontre en 2006. Le duo s'est rapidement lié d'amitié. En 2008, après avoir travaillé sur quelques chansons, ils ont travaillé sur un projet collectif The VS. EP.

The movie opens with a scene from a high school graduation, Jade Butterfield (Gabriella Wilde), a shy but beautiful young woman, is graduating and will be attending Brown University in the fall. After the ceremony, it's clear that she does not have any friends. Jade rejoins her family while reminiscing about her brother, Chris, who died from cancer. David Elliot (Alex Pettyfer) observes her from a distance. He has had a crush on her throughout high school, but never had the courage to speak to her.

High school valedictorian-to-be Henry Burke (Matt Bush) takes his first hit of pot with his ex-best friend Travis (Sean Marquette), only to learn that, due to a spelling bee champion's recent use of marijuana, their high school is conducting a drug test where anyone caught under the influence of anything will be expelled. Travis knows of a psychotic drug dealer, known as Psycho Ed (Adrien Brody), who carries an exclusive kind of pot called "kief", and the two boys steal the stash and intend on getting the whole school high, to invalidate the drug test and save Henry's future. But Psycho Ed is right on their trail and so is Dr. Gordon, the school dean.
