Sawa Yoshikawa (吉川 砂羽, Yoshikawa Sawa, born September 20, 1972, in Naka-ku, Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan) better known for her stage name Sawa Suzuki (鈴木 砂羽, Suzuki Sawa) is a Japanese actress who is represented by the talent agency Horipro.

Biography

After dropping out from Joshibi University of Art and Design Junior College, Suzuki became a research student in Bungakuza.

In 1994, after her institute graduation, her starring debut was in Ai no Shinsekai. With Reiko Kataoka, it was the first Japanese film with hair nudity, which suddenly attracting attention. The film's director, Kinema Junpo, won the 37th Blue Ribbon Rookie Award and Sponichi Newcomer Award in the Grand Prix of the Mainichi Film Award.

In October 5, 2011, Suzuki married actor Junko Yoshikawa. After their marriage, they had many opportunities to appear on variety shows.

In 2012, she released her first essay, Joyū Geki-ba, from Wanibooks.

In August 15, 2015, Suzuki and Junko Yoshikawa divorced.

The film begins six years after Kuryu Kohei was transferred to Ishigaki Island (in the TV series finale). We learn in the interim that he has since been transferred to Sapporo and then to a brief tenure in Yamaguchi Prefecture (the events of the 2006 Hero TV Special). Kuryu Kohei returns to the same Tokyo District Prosecutors Office from the TV series and reunites with his old workmates. Three men, who grew up together in the orphanage, wanting to finally realize their childhood dreams of living in paradise decide to rob a bank together. Nishiyama (Takeshi Kaneshiro), the leader, Takamura (Hiroyuki Ikeuchi), a very self-contained guy and Fujimoto (Masanobu Ando), an otaku obsessed by an anime called "Space Travelers". Their plan is very simple, enter the bank during closing time, take the money and leave within 5 minutes, then board a plane to paradise. Unfortunately for them, their plan did not go as planned since the bank manager and security guard decided to lock themselves in the bank vault that won't open until the next day instead of giving them the money. Not able to reach the money and surrounded by cops, they are stuck in the bank. They then decide to use the remaining customers and staff as hostages to gather some time to plan an escape, but they soon realize that an escape is almost impossible.

In 1995, a mental hospital is erected near the Japanese Ministry of Finance, located adjacent to the grave of Taira no Masakado.
