Two years after their escapade in Las Vegas, Stu Price, Phil Wenneck, Alan Garner and Doug Billings travel to Thailand to celebrate Stu's upcoming wedding to Lauren. In 1982, a boy named Charlie Carbone (Jerry O'Connell) is about to become the stepson of a mobster named Salvatore Maggio (Christopher Walken).
