Thierry Ragueneau, né le 1er mai 1960 à Troyes, (Aube), est un acteur et chanteur français.
Il est connu principalement pour son rôle de François Marci dans le feuilleton Plus belle la vie, mais aussi pour ses nombreux doublages, comme celui du personnage de fiction Patrick Jane interprété par Simon Baker dans la série télévisée Mentalist.
Il a aussi été la première voix française régulière de Keanu Reeves et Andy García à leurs débuts.
Comédien, chanteur et producteur, il commence sa carrière sur les planches en 1979 avec Darry Cowl. Après plusieurs années consacrées au théâtre, il passe devant la caméra pour le cinéma avec Edwin Baily, Pierre Jolivet, Bernard Stora, Thierry Boscheron pour lequel il vient de coproduire le film Les vieux sont nerveux et pour la télévision dans plusieurs téléfilms et séries telles que Joséphine, ange gardien, Julie Lescaut, Alice Nevers, le juge est une femme et Le Tuteur.
En 2004, il devient très connu des spectateurs pour son rôle de François Marci dans le feuilleton de France 3 Plus belle la vie qu’il quitte en 2006 mais revient exceptionnellement en juin 2012, seulement pour un épisode. Il est cependant partant pour reprendre son rôle sur le long terme, malgré ses nombreuses occupations (doublage, théâtre). Parallèlement, il enregistre trois disques en tant qu’auteur-interprète avec ses musiciens et part en tournée dans toute la France, en Suisse et en Belgique.
Du 8 au 28 juillet 2013, il est présent au festival d'Avignon avec sa partenaire de Plus belle la vie, Cécilia Hornus, dans la pièce Bon anniversaire mon amour.
Le 17 septembre 2013, il apparaît sur France 3 dans le documentaire Les Secrets de…la famille Marci diffusé après le prime Nuit Blanche de Plus belle la vie.
En août 2019, Thierry Ragueneau réitère dans Télé Poche son souhait de revenir durablement dans Plus belle la vie : « Bien sûr que j’accepterais un retour dans Plus belle la vie. Comme je réponds très souvent aux courriers et aux spectateurs qui me suivent sur les réseaux sociaux : ma valise est prête. » . A l'occasion des quinze ans de la série, il participe à des magnétos diffusés en fin d'épisode (générique) ainsi que sur le site officiel, et laisse entrevoir un retour prochainement.

Thierry Ragueneau a suivi une formation à l'École nationale supérieure des arts et techniques du théâtre.Comédien, chanteur et producteur, il commence sa carrière sur les planches en 1979 avec Darry Cowl. Le 5 juin 1974 Christian Ranucci, vingt ans, est interpellé à son domicile. Officiellement pour un délit de fuite après un accrochage qui a eu lieu deux jours plus tôt. A month after the events of the first film, General Shang asks Mulan for her hand in marriage and she happily accepts. Hearing about their engagement, Mushu is thrilled for them until the leader of the ancestors informs him that if Mulan gets married he will lose his job as a guardian dragon and have to leave Mulan and his pedestal, which is his place of honor as a guardian. The ancestors are happy with this because Mulan would be getting married to Shang, and would become a part of his family, which would require her to have his family ancestors and guardians. Wanting to keep his job and his friend, Mushu attempts to tear the couple apart, having noticed that they are not very compatible, while Cri-Kee tries to foil his attempts and keep the couple together. Meanwhile, the Emperor calls upon Mulan and General Shang to escort his three daughters, Princesses Mei, Ting-Ting and Su, across China to be betrothed to three princes so that an alliance can be formed with the kingdom of Qui Gong. If the task is not completed within three days, the alliance will crumble, and the Mongols will destroy China.

After the Huns, led by the ruthless Shan Yu, invade Han China, the Chinese emperor begins to command a general mobilization. Grandmother Fa, Mulan's grandmother, prays to the family ancestors for Mulan's safety. The ancestors then order their "Great Stone Dragon" to protect Mulan. The ancestors are unaware that the statue of Great Stone Dragon failed to come to life, and that Mushu, a small dragon, is the one to go and protect Mulan.

Belle and Prince Adam throw a Christmas party for the local villagers at their castle. Rob McGoarthy, the owner of the appliances and whom they refer to as "the master", is working in a veterinary clinic where he tends to injured animals. One night, while working on a thesis, his computer accidentally crashes caused by a terrible computer virus from an old TLW-728 supercomputer named Wittgenstein. The appliances, along with the rat Ratso who found Wittgenstein, then seek to help Rob by finding Wittgenstein to reverse the effects of his computer virus, hence recovering the master's thesis. Meanwhile, in a dual plot of the film, Mack, Rob's lab assistant, plots to sell the injured animals Rob had been tending, to a place called "Tartaras Laboratories", the same place that Sebastian, an old monkey Rob is tending to, was sent to when he was just a baby. When the appliances find Wittgenstein, they discover him abandoned, all alone and run-down and broken in the basement due to be infected by a computer virus. The miserable supercomputer reveals that he is living on one rare tube, named the "WFC 11-12-55". The appliances learn that unless they find a replacement quickly, Wittgenstein's tube will blow and lead to his apparent death.
