Umberto D'Orsi (30 July 1929 – 31 August 1976) was an Italian character actor and comedian.
Born in Trieste, D'Orsi took a degree in law in 1953, but he was already active in theater from 1950, performing in small companies of prose and revue. From 1962 till his death, D'Orsi was a prolific supporting actor, playing up to ten, fifteen films a year. He died in Rome at 47 from a heart attack.

Photographe de métier, Carlo prend des photos de sa maîtresse et modèle Olga en bord de plage lorsqu'il est alerté par l'arrivée discrète d'une voiture. C'est de derrière un buisson qu'il regarde et photographie, non pas une, mais deux voitures. Le conducteur de l'une d'elles laisse un cadavre au volant de la seconde avant d'y mettre le feu. Le lendemain, en écoutant la radio, il apprend la mort accidentelle du procureur Anchisiotandis, supposé mort dans un accident de voiture. Alors qu'il développe les clichés de la veille, Carlo comprend que ce qu'il a photographié n'est autre que le meurtre, maquillé en accident, de ce dernier. Après avoir décidé à les vendre à un prix exorbitant à un journal à scandales, plusieurs personnes de son entourage, dont son oncle paralytique, sont assassinées par un tueur en série bien déterminé à récupérer les négatifs.
