Wolfgang Otto Völz (born 16 August 1930 in Danzig, now Gdańsk, Poland) is a German actor. He is known for his roles in theatre plays, TV shows, feature films (especially German Films based on Edgar Wallace works) and taped radio shows. He is also a very prolific voice actor.
Völz studied acting and consequently worked as a stage actor. After more than ten years of acting including a great deal of supporting roles in feature films and TV shows he became a popular cast member ("Lt. Mario de Monti") of Space Patrol – The Fantastic Adventures of the Spaceship Orion. He continued being successful on the TV screen by playing Ioan (German: Johann), the driver and bodyguard of Graf Yoster (and afterwards many other characters).
As a voice actor he has dubbed American stars such as Walter Matthau, Peter Falk and Mel Brooks and people or animals in animated films like Impy's Island.

Enrico Puzzo (Franco Nero) is an eccentric Italian author who claims he knows the mafia from inside. Based on these allegations he wrote a book and sold it under a pen name to a German publishing house. Puzzo lives in an expensive hotel, where he doesn't hesitate to threaten employees with his pistol in case something isn't to his liking. He also consumes a great deal of cocaine, sometimes even at broad daylight on the balcony of his hotel suite. As crazy as he is, he writes on a typewriter and sends a unique typescript to his publisher who is already about to have a huge press conference on this book. That is when Toni Ricardelli (Rick Kavanian), a German-born hitman of suave behaviour, comes into play. He intercepts the script just in time, leaving the publisher Christopher Kimbel (Hans-Michael Rehberg) empty-handed. Not the mafia, but the publisher is embarrassed.

The film begins at BlackWhite castle, one of the last castles in black & white located in the United Kingdom. Residing there is the Earl of Cockwood (Thomas Fritsch), a notorious gangster. At some point, a tourist couple from Bitterfeld gets lost in the woods and witness a murder: the Monk with the Whip gets overrun by a truck. At the wheel: The Wixxer, an evil gangster who wears a skull mask and wants to take over Londons crime scene. To do that he arranges for the death of many of the current gangsters.

Pendant son voyage vers Berlin, le jeune Émile Tischbein se fait voler les 400 Deutsche marks qu'il devait apporter à sa grand-mère de la poche de sa veste. Il soupçonne immédiatement son voisin de siège M. Grundeis, connu dans le monde des truands sous le nom de « la Taupe ». Seul dans la grande ville, Emile commence sa filature. Il fait la connaissance de « Gustave au klaxon » un adolescent qui commande à une bande des enfants qui jouent aux détectives. Le petit groupe d'enfants reprend l'affaire et établit un plan de bataille. Ils récoltent les premiers indices, font le tour des hôtels et retrouvent enfin Grundeis qui s'est associé à deux gangsters pour planifier le casse d'une banque.
