Un ticket pour l'espace is a French comedy film directed by Éric Lartigau released in 2006.
Synopsis
2005 : to convince French people on the interest of space research and its budget, a contest is organised : a scrach game with millions of scratchcards, where the two winners will receive their ticket for space. They must leave for the French orbital station (which only exists for the film and does not exist in reality) with two professional astronauts and a scientist. The adventure will not happen like expected. One of the contestants, who has cheated to obtain the ticket, appears to be once in space, a dangerous madman seeking for revenge.Actors

Richard (Leonardo DiCaprio), a young American man with a love of world travel, arrives in Bangkok, Thailand in search of adventure. The Tracy family, led by former astronaut Jeff Tracy, operate International Rescue, a secret organization that aids those in need using the technologically advanced machines called Thunderbirds. The Thunderbirds return from an oil rig fire, but Alan and Fermat play around in Thunderbird 1, discovering a strange compound splattered on the side. Unbeknownst to them, the compound is a tracking beacon being used by the Hood, a psychic criminal mastermind who has a vendetta against Jeff for not saving him in a collapsing diamond mine while his brother Kyrano was rescued.

L'action du film se situe en 1981, vingt ans avant le premier volet. À l'École de l’air de Salon-de-Provence, Ernest Krakenkrick et Bachir Bouzouk, les meilleurs pilotes de l'Armée de l'air française, sont sur le point de devenir les premiers spationautes français en étant recrutés pour le programme de la fusée Ariane. Mais à la suite du test de la centrifugeuse qui tourne mal, ils perdent une partie de leurs facultés mentales et sont contraints de renoncer à leur rêve. L'armée leur trouve finalement un poste de bagagistes à l'aéroport d'Aurly-Ouest (volontairement orthographié ainsi dans le film). Mais un soir, celui-ci subit une prise d'otage en son sein par un groupe de terroristes, appelé « Les Moustachious », qui s'empare de la tour de contrôle. Alors que le Ministère de l'Intérieur tente de négocier avec les criminels, Ernest et Bachir vont tout faire pour sauver l'aéroport.

On July 2, a 500 km wide alien mothership enters Earth's orbit and deploys several dozen saucer-shaped "destroyer" spacecraft, each 15 miles (24 km) wide. As they take position over some of Earth's major cities, David Levinson (Jeff Goldblum), an MIT graduate working for a cable company in New York City, discovers hidden transmissions in Earth's satellites which he realizes is a timer counting down to a coordinated attack by the aliens. With the support of his estranged wife Constance Spano (Margaret Colin), the White House Communications Director, he and his father Julius (Judd Hirsch) gain entrance into the Oval Office to notify President Thomas J. Whitmore (Bill Pullman) about the attack. Whitmore orders large-scale evacuations of the targeted cities, but the aliens attack with advanced directed-energy weapons before these can be carried out. Whitmore, portions of his staff, and the Levinsons narrowly escape aboard Air Force One as Washington, D.C. is destroyed.

At a corporation's base on the Neptunian moon Triton, mercenaries are setting up a defense perimeter to try to hold off an unstoppable cyborg warrior. The commander, Nabel, seals himself inside the control room. The cyborg destroys the soldiers' tank and then attacks a helicopter—which crashes into the control room. The soldiers are killed one by one, until Nabel finally deactivates the cyborg with a remote control. The remaining corporate employees discover that the cyborg was created by company owner E.J. Saggs. Saggs arrives at the base just as the battle ends, and takes the remote from Nabel. He reactivates the cyborg and orders it to kill Nabel.
