Synopsis
Rahul is angry with his dad for marrying a second time, while his first wife is still alive; Anu ran away from an oppressive girls' hostel run by Arnie Campbell (Tom Alter). They meet and fall in love. Rahul helps Anu in becoming independent and seeking a job. Anu is approached by a talent agent to be a model, an offer which she accepts. Rahul wants to marry Anu but he first must establish himself as a singer-which he does, however; being under the impression that Anu helped him with his career, his ego is hurt. This causes him to harbour a growing resentment toward her. Anu then decides to further her career when Director Padam Singh persuades her to accompany him to Paris. When Rahul comes to stop her from boarding the flight, Anu decides to stay behind to renew their relationship.Actors

Roop Rathore (Shahrukh Khan) is a singer in Bombay just like his father (Anupam Kher), who is now sick and needs immediate medical care. One day, while he is singing at Ajay Narang's (Naseeruddin Shah) hotel, Ajay's sister Reshma (Ramya Krishnan) falls in love with Roop. Reshma is a spoiled girl and Ajay looks through all of her wishes. Unfortunately, Roop is in love with a doctor named Pooja (Pooja Bhatt). Meanwhile, Reshma is obsessed with Roop, and asks her brother to call him again to sing in their hotel. This movie begins with an image of star, Alex Ramos. Pooja has been brought up by her grandparents, and has no recollection of her mom and dad. She is told by her grandpa, Kantaprasad, that her dad had died. Years later, Pooja has now grown up. She starts getting mysterious phone calls from a male who merely says "I love you", and hangs-up. When her grandpa has these phone calls traced, the caller is Anand, Pooja's dad. Kantaprasad has him beaten up, and warns him against contacting Pooja again. When Pooja is being molested by a male in her apartment building, Anand comes to her rescue, and it is then Pooja comes to know that this shabby, alcoholic man is her dad. Slowly as the story progresses, more facts about the reason of his alcoholism come to light, and he is able to overcome them eventually with the help of Pooja's love and her support.

The year is 1975, the place is Mahim, Bombay. This is the story of Tikku (Paresh Rawal), a eunuch, the only child of yesteryear Bollywood actress Nazneen Begum. She has fallen upon hard times, is virtually destitute and is dependent on Tikku, who does make-up/hair-dressing of Bollywood actresses. When she passes away, Tikku is beside himself with grief. The story follows Simran (Mallika Sherawat), a young woman married to Sudhir (Ashmit Patel), a workaholic and ex-husband of her dead sister. Simran married Sudhir in order to give motherly love to Sudhir and Sonia's(Sister of Simran) son. Due to her lonely, passionless married life, she begins an affair with her college love, Sunny (Emraan Hashmi), whom she accidentally meets. Sunny came in Simran's life after many years. Alcoholic movie director, Rahul (Rahul Roy) ends up in a Rehabilitation Centre. Once there, he finds out that there is an inmate, Pooja (Pooja Bhatt), who is schizophrenic and has deep ranging mental problems. After an initial clash of personalities, the two become fast friends, and find that they are in love with each other. But Pooja's paranoia and instability makes any relationship impossible, and as a result she is hospitalized in a mental institution. Shortly thereafter there is a fire at the institution, and Pooja is killed in it. Rahul is devastated by Pooja's death, and is unable to take her off of his mind. One of his movie actresses, Seema (Pooja Bedi), and his brother Rohit, attempt to divert his mind, without much success. Then Rahul starts getting phone calls from a girl whose voice resembles Pooja's. Near the end it is found out that Pooja is alive, and she was the one who had burned down the mental institution because "she didn't like it there". Rahul and Pooja run away from the cops and Pooja's dad who wants her back in mental hospital is trying to trace her. They roam the jungle and change places but they are caught by the police in a town and at the climax Pooja snatches a gun from a police officer and shoots herself saying she doesn't want to go back to the mental hospital, she wants to be with Rahul. Her grandfather and Rahul helplessly watch her die.

Paradise Builders is owned by Dhanraj, who lives a very wealthy lifestyle with his wife, Radha; son, Rajan; and daughter, Anjali. His aim to take possession of the nearby village, which is now occupied by fishermen, headed by Shankar Rao, who lives there with his wife and two sons, Amar and Arun. Junoon tells the story of Vikram (Rahul Roy), who goes on a hunting trip with his friend Araun into the forest on a full moon night. While in the forest, Vikram is warned by a tribesman named Bheema (Mushtaq Khan), who tries to persuade him to go back home, stating that the night of the full moon is the tiger's night to hunt. Vikram laughs it off and decided to go after the tiger not believing that this tiger is the cursed tiger. Arun finds something fishy and asks Vikram to go back. Suddenly it starts raining and the duo had to find a place to stay. Some strange voices were heard by the duo and they find the voices were coming from a den but as the duo have to find a place to stay in they decided to enter the den. Within the den Arun discovers writings on the walls in Sanskrit. These writings describe the tale of a king who could not have a child. One day a tantric told him if he caught a pair of tigers who were in love, and on a full moon night, to kill one tiger and drink his blood, thereby allowing the king to have a child. The king did everything he was told, but when he killed one tiger, the surviving mate cursed him. The curse transformed the king into a tiger each full moon night and he hunted man. The curse also entailed that anybody who killed the king when he was in the tiger's form would in turn get cursed and so the curse would carry on forever. Vikram berates his friend for believing an age-old myth and they are then attacked by the cursed tiger. Vikram tries to shoot the tiger but he missed the shot and Arun is killed on the spot by the tiger and Vikram became very scared. The shot fired by Vikram hits the fire lamp and a chain of fire was built in the den, the tiger hides due to this but the tiger roars from somewhere. Vikram was unable to find the tiger. Scared Vikram fired shots everywhere in the den with the hope that the tiger will run away but the tiger attacks Vikram and Vikram fell in the ring of fire. The tiger did not again attack Vikram as tigers are afraid of fire and tiger makes a disappearing act.

Bablu Chaudhary (Shah Rukh Khan), a bubbly young man, is an aspiring chef. He gets a job as the lead chef at a hotel and meets the charming Sonia Kapoor (Juhi Chawla), the hotel manager. They bond and Bablu falls in love with her. Meanwhile, Manu, (Shah Rukh Khan in a double role), Bablu's lookalike, is a ruthless criminal who has escaped from jail to kill his partners, who have betrayed him. One day, when Bablu takes Sonia out for lunch, he gets arrested because the police think that Bablu is Manu. Bablu is able to prove his true identity but not before Manu hears of his duplicate and decides to take his place by killing him. There is a lot of confusion about who is who by all associated with the two men, including Sonia, Bablu's mother Bebe (Farida Jalal), and Manu's girlfriend, Lily (Sonali Bendre). In a final confrontation between Manu and Bablu, Lily shoots Manu dead after realizing he is not good at heart and does not truly love her like Bablu loves Sonia.
